The great Bruce Lee once made a comment about MASTERY, my friend - and practice, daily practice, loads of it, which ties into mastery.

"I fear not the man who does 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who does ONE kick 10,000 times".

Now, what did Lee mean by this.

The answer should be obvious if you're reading between the lines i.e he was referring to "mastering a skill".

Along with that, what remains unsaid is this - ONCE you master something (although Lee would be the first to tell you never really, despite how much you might think you know about something or some skill - master anything - you keep learning your whole life!) - you cannot just sit easy and "rest on your laurels".

"Success is a fickle bird, if you pause to rest on your laurels, it flies away to go to another - plenty more waiting to take your place!"

I keep having to remind my daughter of this, whose English is admittedly far better than her peers - but she's falling behind when it comes to the REAL deal, pretty much because COMPLACENCE sometimes takes over.

We constantly get her to read new books - more advanced words - and new phrases, figures of speech etc - that she may or may not have in her current environment, but she NEEDS.

Thats how I did it - albeit on my lonesome when I was young.

And thats how she must too (in all regards).

Everyone has to.

Back to Lee - the man who is a legend bar none, and in terms of fitness, a true fitness freak - and fit like no'one's business.

A man who could ..

According to the available data, Bruce Lee could do around 1500 push ups with both hands in one go, 400 on one hand, 200 on two fingers and 100 on one thumb.

Now, thats some going, I'd say.

And if Bruce Lee was a huge, huge proponent of the Hindu pushups and fingertip pushups that I myself cannot rate highly enough - that the Great Gama of India swore by - then there must be something to them, no?

A man like Lee, I dont know about you, but I'd stop and listen - very hard - to what he says about training.

Even if you're not a martial artist, even if you dont fight for a living, even if you all you want is to get into decent shape - Bruce Lee is a role model for almost anyone given the right situation.

And pushups, my friend, along with jumping rope and some other movements in the 0 Excues Fitness System - or all, actually - formed the bedrock of Lee's system.

Take to heart what I say about MASTERY in that book; I dedicate an entire chapter to it.

Take to heart also, the exercises I teach you in both Jump Rope Mania! - and Pushup Central - because they (and the workouts in them) are modeled on what the GREATS did, and what the greats of today do.

And if you're looking to get in great shape, you simply must get both those courses too - period. They make for an unbeatable combination, my friend.

Get them now, and join the pantheon of the superhumans and greats TODAY.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - That little thingI keep telling ya about doing something everyday - I'd say Bruce Lee agreed, and then some!

Saw the following gem of a so called review by a (you got it, Price shopper) on no less than Amazon -

(for Shoulders like BOULDERS!

(it was absolutely hilarious, and I'll address it soon, but first, here is the rant) -

His name "Amazon Customer" - which given he never BOUGHT the book to begin with (I believe he looked at the picture on the front cover, and got pissed off, and perhaps the free preview).  .  . seems suspicious. Bozo, anyone. Hehe.

Here is the review:

This is asinine. Everything this "author" has belched into this book can be learned for free on the internet. Research Logan Christopher, Paul Wade, and Beast Skills. Do not, under any circumstances, pay this charlatan $80 for information that can be found at no cost on YouTube.

This guy sounds suspiciously like one of the Bozo's friends, I must say!

And obviously, the last line - as it is with these idiotic price shoppers - ever notice ALL The price shoppers "end" their silly rants with price?

Shoulders like BOULDERS! attracts a ton of these wackjobs and morons.

Anyway, the "learn for free" part.

First, if it could be learned for free, well, I'm sure the guy could learn it for free, except he was too lazy to put it together himself, and someone else did (though it certainly ain't free info - nigh NO-ONE teaches the handstand pushup the way I do in the book - not even the people he mentions) ... and he got pissed off about it.

Second, the price ... yawn. We've covered that enough times.

Third, Joo Tube, well, by all means, if this guy wants to learn from there - obviously it wasn't working for him?

Really, and I've grown sick of saying this, whether or not you can find the info for free elsewhere hardly matters, does it?

What matters is that someone has put it together into book format for you ... someone has put together a FAQ on the exercise for you (which this jackass never mentioned), someone has put together years of experience, and "read between the lines" in a book like this ...

Again, I suspect it's the picture on the front cover that ticked him off. Hehe.

So be it.

It wil remain as is, where IS!

But really - "charlatan" ?

This guy never mentioned, of course, what I keep asking such people - how many handstand pushups he can do, or IF he can even do one.

Clearly he hasn't read Battletank shoulders, which is basically Volume #2 in this series - - those workouts would put many a grown man - used to physcial training - to SHAME - and clearly he hasn't gotten the memo about doing > 100 handstand pushups daily (yours truly).

But I get it, I'm a charlatan.

Climbing hills more than six times a day, doing the above workouts - doing Advanced Hill Training - going for long swims - all sounds like stuff a charlatan would do.

HA!

Glyn Bozo and his pals may fit the charlatan category - or scammer

Yours truly - if there ever was ONE person that is the exact opposite of that category - it is me - and enough said on that one already.

Now, last, but not least Paul Wade - i.e. Convict Conditioning?

I've read the book, I've no idea if he's actually a convct - I liked the book by Charlie Bronson much better - but Wade's put together a decent book, but I felt he spends WAY too much time and "pages" on the simplest of things.

I dont know, that - along with the "lights out!" and other theatrics aren't present in my books (dont get me wrong, I'm sure there is a reason Convict Conditioning has those) - and they never will be.

I would rather go barebones and do it my way - and give it to you my way because that is what WORKS.

I haven't seen Paul Wade teach anything spectacular in the book either - any of you have? If so, let me know!

And Chris Logan?

He's great at handstand pushups, yes.

Ive read his manual, but again, nothing that struck me as "so out of the ordinary" ...

Of course, both of THEIR books are priced a lot lower.

And given this jackass never BOUGHT the book to begin with - well - there it is.

I suspect it's either Glyn Bozo or Charles, or someone of that ilk (probably not Charles, hehe, but perhaps a friend of the Bozo's, much like the "Keith" guy who popped up briefly in the middle for the same book).

Ya'll have any thoughts on this, write back, let me know - and NO, the review will not be taken down. At least I hope it isnt even though it's clearly a trolly review.

Some monuments to idiocy must stand.

And on that note, I'm out.

Get this book - truly one of the best out there for building SHOULDERS - like the proverbial BOULDERS!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - His review subject was "Do not buy this book" along with the one star rating. Geez, about as useful as the rest of his so called review.. hehe.

Let's time this one! I dont know why, but I gotta time it for some reason ...

It's 6 minutes to the "half hour" "write now" Hehe.

Anyway, the breaststroke and me have a long history, as do breasts themselves.

I've spoken galore about how to cure man boobs - some of the exercises in Corrugated Core are TAILORED TOWARDS THAT!

It's a huge problem a lot of men face - lets face it.

And it solves other issues too i.e bloated stomaches, bulging bellies, expanding asses - and more.

when it comes to females though, I've never been much of a breast man - to an extent.

I love them sometimes, but I'm mostly a leg man. Hehe.

I dont know why ...

Yes, derrieres too (Bozo did your ears perk up? Hehe) ...

But anyway, that aside, I'll always remember what someone said about me doing breaststroke at a hotel (somewhat) pool I was using when I took my wife out for a weekend getaway in "Badhkal Lake" in India (the Northern part) in 2007 ...

That trip was the first of many we went on together!

(mostly to the Himalayas, different parts of the hills). ...

But I still remember everyone telling us NOT to go on the trip, my parents complaining about so called honor killings and so forth (I mean come on, yes, that was a bit of a risk, but nowhere near what they made it out to be - and plus - LIVE LIFE, dont RUN SCARED! - but of course, thats not what my parents thought, hehe "apparently it's good for those Westerners" "but not in India" - I mean jeez, even the Chinese are open enough about it, so as their favorite not President Biden says ... COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

... My wife, of course never TOLD her parents.

HEhe.

Perhaps I shouldn't have either.

Hehe.

Anyway, he was ...

(its 8 minutes so far. I was interrupted for 3 of those, I'd say!)

So, 5 ... clock's on again!

But anyway, thoughts back to what I was doing ...

That trip was pretty cool. It was a bit of a hilly area, but we never got to see any hills - basically it was "time spent together" - lots of drinking, eating, petting the stray dog who showed up every night to eat the "leftover chicken bones and curry" - he'd literaly lick it up and the bowl used to be so spotless we wondered if we should even give to the hotel guys for cleaning and what not!

Reminds of the two dogs in the hotel I so liked in Nainital in UP in India growing up (that was well and truly the Himalayas, of course).

They'd follow me and my younger cousin around all over the place, and my sister would ask why these dogs loved these two so much.

Dogs love dogs, hehe.

But dog eat dog world aside, my Uncle had it spot on.

"No, it wasn't the biscuits you guys keep feeding them", he said to no-one in general.

"it's all the LOVE you give them!"

He was right.

I love that guy!

Not many others did though, hehe. But he passed happily in 2013, oddly enough, as I went to China yet again ...

Smoked, drank, made merry his whole life - and I often meet him in my dreams!

This stream of consciousness is both longer and slower than I thought! Hehe.

But anyway, there was a phat phock instructor there near the pool I was swimmign in, and he started to offer me advice - though to his credit, once I was DONE swimming.

Apparently my toes while doing breaststroke were splayed out wrong or something, but the guy himself was so fat, I just wondered, this guy giving me advice???!

Of course, swimming is one of those things you can do when fat too - I've seen former swimming champs do the butterfly for one pretty well even with a huge belly (for one lap, hehe).

I still remember a lady telling me in 2009.

"you do it so well!"

(Butterfly - which I taught myself how to do).

Breaststroke, well, I was taught the "head above" version - the least ergonomic way of doing it, but boy does it build the shoulders, chest and traps!

But it's not what I'd recommend you to do - or learn - except for SURVIVAL.

In a pool, you're far better off doing regular breaststroke in a streamlined position - looking at the bottom of the pool, not "ahead" - but of course, in a choppy ocean it comes in handy!

Believe me and this comes from yours truly "ironman" (there is a reason I've been called that!) - swimming in the OPEN OCEAN is way different from a pool, or even calm river, lake, whatever.

You'll FEEL how - once you DO IT!

But that aside, I believe I mentioned Bozos in the email title?

I dont know why I did that - that instructor maybe was acting like a bit of a Bozo.

But also because of this great (not) review (so called) that Bozo Schofield once handed out in his Bozo like style on the great book on pull-ups I wrote (advanced pull-ups - Bozo has as much chance of knocking ONE of those out as he has of farting and landing on the moon)

(poor moon).

Terrible trash for Tom Tom's!

The author claims to share how he can be a stud, I thought I would try it. My days would start at 3am with me walking 20 miles a day, and doing 25 laps of the swimming pool at the complex. The rest of the time, I was doing volunteer work or working with the local authorities. I was just a typical Tom Tom! I wanted to be a stud like Rahul who has no friends or sex life. Sure enough, the book was utterly drivel. I asked for my money back but Rahul launched into a campaign of threats. He is obviously a loner and we hope he will get help.

LOL ...

Ive debunked this rubbish so many times that I won't do so again ...

(do a Google, you'll find it. Hehe).

But it's interesting, even when copying the part about swimming recollections from the great book on fitness recollections I wrote, he lowered the number from I believe 50 to 25. Hehe.

Some things, even the Bozo has his limits.

I still remember though, I'd keep going way beyon 50 in that pool in the Southern US ...

Anyway, it be a day for flashbacks today?

I dont know.

Here endeth this 1063 (at the moment) word "rant".

Took around 17 minutes all in all, being I was interrupted for 3 or so, 14...

Not bad, I'd say!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

My daughter often repeats the following to me (it's been going on for years).

"Dad, I told my friends you climbed in Category 3 hurricanes!"

Which is true, of course.

Living where I did, hurricanes, typhoons - whatever you call 'em - as much a part of daily life in Southern China as in the Southern US!

Believe me, I've seen monsters in China - and in the US.

But most of the time, they were hyped up by the media - at least in China, where even a few drops of rain is enough apparently to send locals scurrying for cover.

Which is wierd...

In the US, at the age of 17, I remember this prime "lovely" advice given to me when yours truly used to get soaked to the bone, and didnt care.

"This is not India!"

"If you fall sick here, no-one will take care of you, and look at these people! "

Then this grade A idiot would gesture around him.

"Thats why they protect themselves" ! (he'd show me a bunch of Tom tOms with umbrellas).

Phock. Fooey. I'd rather General Michael who once told me "Real men dont carry umbrellas!"

I dont like umbrellas.

I like rain even less.

But in a pinch, I've been known to choose the latter!

Hehe.

Anyway, this idiot didnt bother to mention that no one would have taken care of me "in India" necessarily either.

this idiot also didnt know China, years later, where it's the same so called "take care of family" culture (it ain't - hint - China is by far the most materialistic even in that regard, materialism truly taken to GIDDY LIMITS!) ,,,, well, that ain't exactly why they scatter when a few drops of rain hits them!

That aside.

Back to hurricanes, hehe.

I guess the Chinese to an extent are right about their warnings, especially in the area where I climb.

I dont know if I mentioned this in 16 INspirational Fitness Recollections, but I remember a tree falling next to me - right NEAR ME - as I climbed up, the tree fell where I was a second ago!

So it can be dangerous.

But it's also exhilirating!

And being able to stick to those workouts no matter what - it gives you a feeling of INVINCIBILITY - that you can handle damn near anything and everything!

Kinda like in the Special Forces where they toughen you up to that level.

Anyway, daughter continued.

"Their jaws always drop!"

Which I can believe.

Most adults, and even kids these days - making the nigh tortorous trip from "bedroom -> el commode" before the "geyser bursts" is too much to do.

Let alone climb hills.

If they by chance climb a hill - you tell them to do it again the next day?

Like my Dad once famously said after a tough climb.

"NO!"

Was hilarious, the sense of finality in his voice, hehe.

But anyway ......................

Good thing for you, my friend, and I know this - you ain't necessarly interested in doing anything like that.

Neither do you have to be!

I didnt start out attempting to climb hills 6 times a day - or do 250 pushups a day - or have a corrugated core (well maybe a little!) - or none of that.

I simply started out to get in shape.

And along the line, what took place was truly beyond mind boggling and astounding.

You too, can get started on this road now if you so choose.

Start by investing right HERE

Friend,

That wasn't the exact comment Chuck made all those months ago. He literally threw a HISSY at my post on pull-ups - it struck home, because I basically said phat phocks couldn't do 'em, period, and to do 'em you have to lose weight around the midsection.

That was a hard, hard hitting post.

I HIT HARD, BRO!

Anyway, ;let's see if I can find Chuck's (probably alcohol fueled) rant against a post NOT aimed at him - at all - he wasn't even on my mind when I wrote it.

Here it is

And this, friend is the original post which dear Chuck ranted against - Deadlifts and grip training and my thoughts on each, and both . . . (rahulmookerjee.com)

Of course, he later batted that away by saying "but I just said that onwechat".

Hmm!

Much like the Bozo is whining about "But I just trolled you on wechat with racist memes Chuck made". .  .

Hmm!

I swear, the sense of entitlement lunatics like the Bozo have - and typical Tom tom's like him. And of course, liberals like Charles.

Of course, he claims up and down "I'm not liberal or conversative! I'm sensible!"

Yeah. Right. The paradigm of goose and gander, eh.

Lets see, Charles, did I even mention YOU in the post?

No I didnt.

Lets see, Bozo Glyn. Did I EVER say one bad word about you - troll you - refer to your race - and then you respond with what, trolling and attacking me back x 10?

Trying to destroy me?

You thought I wouldn't reply, eh. For a long time I decided not to.

BLACK MAMBA!

When it biteth though, boy, it BITES. And it doesnt sting like a scorpion. It kills.

GO FOR THE JUGULAR!

STREET FIGHTER, as a big dude Aaron once called me!

Go for the jugular so people watching will KNOW not to mess with you said Donald Trump. So true!

My friend Rueben once said the following.

I dont fight fair. I fight dirty - and I WIN!

He probably would, hehe.

But like Trump, he's really the nicest guy ever.

Just dont make the mistake of pissing him off.

"Them damn women....."

I'll never forget him in traffic, his trusty 9mm by his side (not Glyn's 9mm wang, lol) ...

It used to be hilarious!

Some chick would cut in front of me, or slam on the brakes or something, and he "done got the red ass".

I'll kill that motha............ he'd thunder, face all red!

Great guy!

And he'd have his gun by his side for added emphasis.

Funny part, he knew, and I knew, he'd never use it.

But it was good to have anyway ... Good ole Rueben! We love you!

But anyway,

This ain't about my black Mamba for one, Bozo Schofield, so you can click away.

It's about ... I mean, what do these loonies think?

That they can make all the comments they like, including claiming "what I teach is gay" (sometimes, and then pad it away by saying "they were just kidding") - and I can't respond at all?

I mean, here's my response.

Is being a dancing monkey in China - a dancin gBozo, rather, any LESS gay or faggoty

I dont think so, brah.

Tell them that though, they're up in arms.

But apparently THEY can tell ME anythign they like, and I'm supposed to meekly take it!

Makes me wonder, did Charles really create those racist memes? Who knows!

I stil say no.

But sometimes, I wonder...

Anyway, we all know whose advice works, and whose doesn't.

Charles Mitchell said it best HERE

John Walker has been saying it forever My buddy from the Marines has. Panourgias has. Damn near anyone with half a brain, as Charles said, has...

But anyway, why do I mention this.

I dont know, I just got this email about ...

The Blitzkreig of emaisl you're sending!

This was NOT meant in a bad way.

Tomas is a 0 Excuses Fitness and Shoulders like Boulders! customer.

He's considering Battletank Shoudlers as the next step. Smart dude!

He had questions, I covered those, so what he said in terms of blitzkrieg was basically ... just that one line. The email was about something else.

But it made me think.

The left, and loonies in general complain, but do we ever see them complain about the blitzkrieg of BAD NEWS - idiotic crap that don't help you NONE that is Tom Tommed globally daily?

For instance, this idiotic China virus.

Or, the damn panixines.

Or, the economy (ever notice how even when it's up, no-one says it is?)?

Folks love to be the bearer of doom and gloom and the harbinger of BAD NEWS, ever see anyone say things are GOOD?

Trust me, we attract what and how we think.

You cannot escape thi struism, friend.

Proof?

Look at the world NOW.

But anyway, I just noticed Governor De Santis in Florida made a great decision on making masks OPTIONAL in schools.

I cannot applaud this man enough.

STOP FORCING KIDS TO WEAR MASKS!

They're useless beyond a point, and it's personal choice.

Kids can't make that choice.

YOU CAN'T MAKE IT FOR THEM !

Their PARENTS CAN AND SHOULD!

Governor Santis - great job!

Of course, Twitter came alight with the left attacking him of being a murderer, and worse.

OF course, when asked about China - the country that SPREAD this (ccp) - no answers.

Silence.

Crickets.

I give up.

Goose and gander is truly an alien concept these days...

Anyway, my advice Works, friend.

Take it or leave it, but you cannot dispute the results...

And it will work for you too - if you let it!

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Grab the 0 Excuses Fitness System NOW.

PPS - Charles (the former friend) isn't exactly all for freedom of speech, of course, as y'all know, and can see HERE ...

Glad to know the other Charles -a great customer - came out strongly against that too!!!!! KUDOS!!!!!

Got the first of many comments today to share wth you (I'll be sharing all in future emails, but for now, lets go in order) for my new book "Profound Handstands "70% Gorilla 30% Human".

James from planet Venus apparently wrote in to say this -

"Not a bad book, but the author forgets he's not training us to become Army members. Just way too tough! One of the workouts left me depleted for days! While it's not a terrible book, the price! It's too expensive. I wont be buying again".

Honestly, man (or woman, given the tone of his rant), I dont get it . . .

If I give it to folks easy, they complain it's too easy (though really, I don't do easy - what I teach LOOKS easy,  but is anything BUT - though it will look easy to you too when you can do it).

When it's tough, stuff that gets results people bitch about "we dont want to join the Army".

Like dude, nowhere in any of my books do I say you need to or want to join the Army, but really, THESE are the workouts which not just stalwarts from the Army and Special forces globally use, but also champ boxers, wreslters, ironmen, martial artists etc - - and believe me, my workouts have FLOORED many a great man and woman from those above categories, and thats saying a hell of a lot.

The price, well, I've spoken a lot about that before - and I'm not going to get into it again. Suffice it to say though that the price on this will go up, up, and UP.

And for "why" - well, I dont feel like typing it all out again - there's plenty in that regard on the blog etc.

But by and large, this guy speak of being depleted for days.

I suppose he means ONE day, since he bought the book on Sunday, a day (or night) after it was released . . .

Second, isn't that a good thing?

Why the heck would someone want workouts that don't challenge him or her?

It befuddles the mind, at least mine, as to why someone would buy a fitness product and expect to be mamsy pamsied and handheld, but apparently lots of folks do.

And that brings me to a point I keep emphasizing.

Rahul Mookerjee doesnt cater to wusses, Mama's boys, lily livered poltroons and Bozos of that nature in general, and the above should be reason enough why.

If not, well, get your brain checked.

And I do ALL I can to REPEL the above.

With good reason.

One bad apple truly DOES spoil the bunch . . .

Anyway, some great comments still to come - watch this space for more!

And you DOERS and real men out there - you'll LOVE this course.

Grab it NOW

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Jay, a friend of mine when he saw the Facebook page for the biz made the comment about "I train, I go to the gym, but not like YOU! Macho man!

What I wanted to tell him was this -well, why NOT like me, my friend.

Ain't like you can't work up to it - everyone can - I did - and if I did - so can you!

And the workouts he was referring to were here - Pushups - Reverse Pushups - the best darn exercise EVER!

An oldie, but a goldie. Another one is Animal Kingdom Workouts - which is a MUST grab too, my friend, if you're in ANY way serious about your health, strenght and fitness.

500 pushups VS 100 pull-ups?

Received a great, great question from Gary in the U.S. (Montana??) on "rep numbers" when doing high rep bodyweight stuff.

He had other questions too, but I'll post the relevant one here -

(He's a "Zero to Hero!" buyer, so his other questions were in that regard)

"If I do 500 push-ups daily - when I can. Which is better.

Or, should I aim for doing more pulluups till Iget to my goal?"

And that was his question - and it's a great one!

(His goal in terms of pull-ups is 100 pull-ups a day, and he's bought the first book on pull-ups i.e. Pull-ups from DUD to STUD within a matter of WEEKS!

Now, this is a great question again!

Back in the day when I was "el Tubbo", I used to do 500 pushups.

I set a goal to do them daily.

I didnt quite get there daily, but in 30 days (it was a month long goal) Id say I cranked out 500 on at least 25 or 26 of those days in my living room in the winter

I'd be sopping with sweat.

And I'd do them slower than I do now (in the 0 Excuses Fitness System I pound out 250 like nothing in 20 minutes flat, but remember - I didnt know what I do now back then - and remember - I was much fatter back then!) but I still DID 'em.

Pull-ups, I would do maybe 20-30 and be done with it.

I'd do 'em on thick bars outside . . .

In itself, this is a great lesson of who is truly big and who is truly FAT.

Or, a myth buster that "fat" guys cannot get in shape by doing tons of pull-ups.

But anyway, so if I had to choose?

Both great goals, both will get you in great shape.

If I had to choose?

Well, it's like a choice (my daughter once posed this question) - if I had to choose BEER or my daughter, which would I.

"Of course you, honey", I responded.

"But ... thats like asking me if I had to choose between breathing or drinking water!"

Of course, it isn't like that, but it is - sort of!

Same thing HERE.

BOTH goals should be there in your mind.

BOTH exercises should be uppermost, first and foremost!

And aim to get good - damn good - at BOTH!

Having said all that, if it's 500 pushups, ultimately, those make you stronger overall in a way pull-ups can't, and tax the entire body in a way pull-ups cannot, so I'd have to choose that

But tough one!

100 pull-ups a day gives you grip and core work like pushups - well, the grip part - and upper back part - and the PULLING MOTION cannot really replicate.

So, I dont know!

Do BOTH is what I would say ..

Last but not least, there is no "equivalent".

People say "1 pull-up equals 10 pushups" in terms of strength.

No it doesn't. It doesn't the other way around either.

Drop these asinine notions if you got 'em my friend.

I can make ONE pull-up tougher than a hundred press ups, or FIVE, an accepted number in "Jim Shim La La World" pushups way tougher than 50 pull-ups.

And so it goes, my friend.

Great question though - thanks for sending it in!

In the meantime, remember that Pushup Central is really starting to ROCK my friend.

PIck it up now - and remember, please, please, PLEASE leave reveiws - honest and genuine ones. I dont so much "want" 5 star reviews as HONEST reviews.

(Of course, if you think I'm the Michelin of Fitness like some customers and great trainees do - then by all means - click those 5 stars!).

As I sit here, I can literally "feel" my food digesting.

Yes, my friend. I can ... and this feeling isn't as odd as it sounds when you finally "crack it".

And I dont mean cracking Bozo Humpty Glyn Schofield "el trollo"'s fragile shell as well.

In fact, my foot might connect with none other than his HUMP very soon, hehe. I'm getting tired of dealing with this idiot (but on one hand, I welcome it, because it brings me sales. INdeed a conundrum, hehe).

Humps? The Bozo likely has his face and everything else buried in a rather nasty smelly one right as of now ...

As Charles rightly said (not to me, hehe) (but in the GROUP) "Sometimes, women want more, you Bozo!"

I will leave it at that, but rest assured, that was a true comment he made (sans the Bozo which I added on. He said "Glyn").

Ah, the Bozo and the things I know without YOU KNOWING it.

Wasn't it a few days after that I got the picture?

And then of course the floodgates opened. SO BE IT!

But anyway, back to it.

The 0 Excuses Fitness System is the ONE exercise system, my friend that fits the "anywhere anytime" moniker very perfectly, even if I say so myself.

For obvious reasons - all you need is some space, a bit of a room or park, or what not, even a bit of office floor, and you're set.

Basically you need a wall, floor, and space to swing your arms, and thats it.

I believe we can ALL get those, even Bozos locked up in straightjacket Hannibal style cells?

But there ARE some times I wouldn't advocate doing an intense 0 Excuses Fitness System workout.

And one of those is right after eating, especially gorging as I just did.

(Eating more, weighing LESS as I say, hehe). (but those workouts in that book cannot and should not be done right after eating)

And while what I ate is not important, the fact is I stuffed myself full of it. To the gourd.

Literally.

I was the first off the table as well.

And along with "right before bedtime", these are the two times I wouldn't advocate a 0 Excuses Fitness INTENSE workout.

What would I do - if at all ?

Well, the workouts in Isometric and Flexibility Training fit this moniker to a T, bro.

I just did two of the poses from that book, and I'm BUZZING with ENERGY.

No downtime after eating, and I ate nothing special.

I ate carbs too.

And probably a bit of fattoo.

And all that.

But again - - I'm BUZZING like never before!

Sure, I didnt go upside down, and I wouldn't recommend that either.

Other than that, rest assured these are workouts that will TAX you - and yet - you CAN do 'em WHENEVER you choose, including right after you eat (just dont be surprised if you gotta use the loo shortly thereafter, hehe).

And mark my words.

Many feel "tired" after eating, or lethargic.

I remember many a "Mr Tiger" feeling that way, and it sleeps. HEhe.

Well, you can sleep if you want to.

But if not, just TRY some of the stretches and static pushes and pulls right after a meal, my friend, or even right before you go to sleep.

Insomina? Bye Bye

Digestive issues?

Bye bye, forever.

Weak tendons? BYE!

The key to touching your nose in the handstand pushup (to the floor) isn't what you might think either, my friend.

Its ISOMETRICS

And without futther ado, jump on this great, great book now.

You'll love it!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Stay tuned for MORE from yours truly.

The paved expressway to “el GRAVE”.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions, or was that the other way around?

Hehe.

In this case, NO.

In this case, the “paved expressway to “el GRAV-O” like I said is paved with nothing but ... well, stupidity!

Heh.

Anyway, what am I talking about you might ask.

And you’d be right to!

A few days ago I sent you guys an email about how a long term customer of mine from the UK was being told “that he should have stopped working out years ago and that he shouldn’t do it now or he’ll get a heart attack”.

You guys likely remember that.

And the dude made one of those CLASSIC comments.

“I’ve given up trying to explain it to her. Its like talking to a brick wall except the wall would likely make more sense if you know what I mean!”

Now, that ain’t a verbatim quote – the verbatim version is on the site a few emails back, but thats the sum and substance of what he said, and I must say I concur. Hehe.

And here is what Charles Mitchell, another long term customer and friend had to say about this - -

Happy New Year Rahul. As far as the conversation with your friend and customer is concerned, I am the exact same age and to stop working out is surely the express lane to the grave!  Nobody can stop the clock but exercise is the only real way we can slow it down.

People tell me I look younger than my actual age and I say thank you, but that doesn't really matter to me. What matters is what I am still able to do physically. Maintaining or even increasing strength in later years is the best thing anyone can do for themselves! Looking good as a by product is just a plus and shouldn't be the main objective.(of course that's just my opinion)

As far as bodyweight vs. weights, this is a silly conversation! Both have their pluses and minuses. Few bodyweight athletes can bench press 400 pounds, and I have yet to see a 400 pound bench presser able to do a muscle-up! Or 50 finger tip push ups for that matter!

Un fortunately, too many heavy weight lifters that lift monstrous poundages are pumped full of steroids which is not healthy. But the bodyweight exercises will build strength ( how many lifters can do hand stand push ups?) and keep you feeling and looking good and healthy for as long as you're alive. I hav done a mix of both most of my life and hope to continue to do so. And if anyone thinks that bodyweight doesn't build real strength, then they haven't done any of your programs!

The reason people buy your books is because you can do things that they can't, myself included, and they want to learn how.

So keep doing what you do and hopefully those with a reasonable intellect will see the benefit in it.

You’ll see my reply to him in a New York minute (minus the COVID ;)) but I gotta say one thing I forgot to say in my response to him.

He is SO right about the “those with a reasonable intellect part”!

No sense trying to make a horse drink in other words if it doesnt WANT to in the first place.

Anyway, here is what I had to say - -

Hey Charles

Thanks for your email, and Happy New Year! I was actually thinking of you a short while ago - thoughts DO transmute! ;)

Yes, I regard most of my regular customers as "friends" as well - you included, hehe. And YES, stopping working out makes no sense whatsoever at any age (unless one has a REAL medical issue which prevents them from doing certain things - - but, there are always ways to work around that as well). But then again, wives and S.O.'s usually don't either beyond a certain point ... if you get my drift ... ;)

(Edit, and I gotta say this - LADIES - yes, we know - neither do husbands and "male halfs of the relationship. HA! Men are indeed from Mars, and women from Venus, or perhaps the other way around sometimes! But yes, nothing against either "gender" or a mix thereof. Just how it is :D)

YES, it's never about looks in that regard either! I'm the same as you in that people are generally shell shocked when I tell 'em my real age - but hell yes, it's about HEALTH from the inside out - and real strength and fitness, first, last and foremost!

Yes, the eternal debate isn't it - with regard to bodyweight VS weight lifters. Actually lifting weights can be GOOD sometimes (por ejempelo, the overhead press is an immensely useful exercise) but it's the pumpers and toners (and like you say, the "freaks pumped full of steroids and selfies, hehe") that I really rail against. Nothing wrong at all with REAL weightlifting DONE RIGHT - - hey, those old time strongmen did a lot of it! But yes, bodyweight will always rule in a certain regard - even the old timers would be the first to say that. (Doug Hepburn, Reg Park etc) ... (just a few examples - Jack La Lanne is another very notable example).

I've seen a LOT of people actually improve their weight numbers by STOPPING the weights entirely for a while and focusing on bodyweight only. . . I'm sure you have too! I haven't yet seen the reverse though ...

How many modern day lifters can do handstands or a handstand pushup (and thats just the start)? Well, we both know the answer to that is a gigantic, big ZERO. LOL again. And that, my friend, is proof right there for the "naysayers" in terms of "does bodyweight build real strength", but of course then there's the excuse "I'm a big guy" (when most are really FAT). And so goeth the endless "convo" with the "brick wall" !!

And last, but not least, definitely going full bore on books etc. Let me know what else YOU would like to see - ah, but wait. You DID tell me -plyometrics and one arm work. Note to self for 2021! ;)

(I'm doing some one arm/leg work myself these days - its a great, great thing to do if you can do it - and again, if someone works up to it, they can - YOU included!)

.... along with "mace and club" training and a host of others. Stay tuned. Lots to do, and I'm "loving it"! ;)

Best,

Rahul

Well, my friend, thats about it for the day then. Straight from the horse’s mouth - - and in terms of books and courses – two things.

ONE, as always, please, please leave genuine reviews on the site – or Amazon etc (wherever you buy from) – or email them direct to me – it really helps.

And two, of course, shoot me an email if there is something you think I haven’t covered as yet, and I’ll be happy to make a note as I did for Charles (and actually a few others too!) and put it on the “to do list” for 2021.

And of course, Windoze – Linux should be the #1 thing on that list too!

But anyway, write back – let me know – we’re always happy to hear from you guys!

And so goes it. Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Notice his comments about “how many lifters can do a handstand”. He’s spot on again. Charles is one smart dude! And here is where you can pick up the course on handstand pushups – and LEARN how to do ‘em – Shoulders like Boulders.

Once you’re past elementary stage you might want to pick up Battletank Shoulders!

And I FINALLY put out that shoulder compilation, so you can pick BOTH up in “one package” right HERE - - Barnstormer Shoulders! (Gawd only knows why it took me so long to do something so elementary, especially considering the other compilations have been out there for a long, long time, but hey, “dats” life!).

PS #2 – Pushup Central is probably the course that challenges Charles the most, and he loves it! Pick it up right NOW – it WILL get you int he best shape of your life – and remember - - Animal Kingdom Workouts is another BARNSTORMER of a course- be sure and grab!

PPS – All this Spanish talk in my emails reminds me I never did tell you ONE thing. LOTS of our courses have been translated into Spanish and Portugese. They’re not on MY sites for logistical reasons, but in case anyone’s interested, let me know – and I’ll have a link etc sent over.

IF there is a language YOU would like to see our books in other than English, let me know and I’ll see what I Can do!

(In other words – feedback rocks – and rules!)

(and she said that while making the appropriate physical gesture too).

(She WAS HOT!) (angry, hehe).

‘Tis hilarious indeed, but first a short (or a couple of short) stories ...

When Matt Furey once came out with his “Chinese long life secrets” or some such program, he headlined his product as follows (I’m thinking it was one of the subheads actually – I think the heading was something else).

Apparently at the time of writing Matt was injured in the gym (thumb to kidney – and believe me, that shit HURTS) and he couldn’t “perform” in the bedroom or something to that effect (at least temporarily).

And I ain’t sure if the page is still up, but I remember the marketing genuis behind it.

“In frustration, my wife turned me to me and said “I dont want a man thats a stud in the bedroom and a DUD in the gym!”

Now, these are evocative words indeed (and I suspect Matt paraphrased, but he did it in the right way).

Yours truly titled the books on pull-ups that got Bozo Schofield so riled up “dud to stud” and “stud to super stud” for a reason as well!

But it has got NOTHING to do with sex. Hehe.

But anyway, I remember a comment or a couple of ones my lovely and often angry wife makes (to be honest, strangers would be better friends than us, hehe, but whatever – it is what it is for now).

One was the comment in the title of the post when I was talking about exercise, I believe.

People often pooh pooh what they can’t do, for one.

“nuff said.

(And that I’m sure rings a bell with certain people who complain up a storm about my pull-ups, hehe).

(not in bed, don’t worry. Hehe).

But anyway ... she also once made the following comment during an argument.

“You dont know what I want!”

“You can’t give me what I want!”

Now, for reference ...

This was a long period between “romps in the hay” as it were.

I’m an avid practitioner of Napoleon Hill’s sexual transmutation theories, and it shows in my work.

Show me a successful man that isn’t highly sexed, and I’ll eat my hat!

(and it ain’t green either, hehe). The green ones have Bozo you know who written on it. Sad part, or maybe not, he LIKES that ...

(And a very long list of names I haven’t counted bears testament to that).

And it also bears testament to what Hill said about men NOT succeeding in a big way before 40 (the vast majority).

“Most men before that age spend their time dissipating their fine energies to the wind, in other words, sowing their wild oats”.

Hey.

Given my own background, I can’t say I disagree, hehe.

The very first thing I told my “lovely wife” (if you can call her that) in 2008 on Google Chat I believe it was!

The sauanas, the girls, everything ... LOL. The whole shebang as it were.

“How dare you tell me that”, was the response.

I can never get away from the “how dare I’s”, can I. Heh.

But anyway, comic relief aside (hey, I’m nothing if not brutally FRANK and I wanted her to KNOW who she was marrying, or “with” at the time) ... the point begets.

When you transfer your sexual energy into your work, miracles will happen my friend. Trouble is most men do NOT do it right ...

There is a reason boxers and wrestlers refrain from sex for MONTHS before a big fight – let me just tell you that.

And there is a reason why ancient Indian wrestlers were shit scared of “night dreams”.

Now, i cover some of this in my coaching calls. Sure.

But esoterism and transmutation aside, here are two FACTS.

One, being a TRUE stud DOES turn women on. No matter how much they deny it. Hehe. Proof’s in the pudding ...

And TWO, and more importantly, and for YOU on this list.

All of the exercises I do do the exact opposite of decreasing your libido.

You’ll be ready to go and then some in the sack, I’ll tell you that when you do these quick workouts that make your blood roar!

I’d still advise saving “your best for your work”.

But thats an entirely individual decision of course, and yours truly “el monk and caveman” probably is NOT the best person to tell you how to live your life, and does NOT want to either!

But yeah.

These workouts don’t just promote health, strength and fitness.

They increase LIBIDO.

The big T.

And they eliminate the need for that pesky V...

Alright, enough of the pseudo-raunch.

To get it on via the BEST damn fitness system ever – go right HERE – the 0 Excuses Fitness System.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – With the new paperback options on the site, you can get just the book if you want. I wouldn’t recommend it though. These exercises DO need a bit of a video tutorial which is why I created them (despite my DISLIKE of anything video or remotely close to it).

Grab NOW.

PS #2 - I can almost feel the flames coming off Bozo Schofield's face as he reads this. YEE-HA!

(but really, dude. It's true. She'd rather do it the normal way for one as opposed to your inane tendencies to "be a slave" or what not ...)

(inane because you PUSH it on her when she doesnt want it!)

PPS - To become a RAMPAGING super STUD at doing pull-ups - - a REAL MAN - - with REAL MAN WORKOUTS - grab the advanced course NOW, and get cranking. This will truly builds levels of strength hitherto UNKNOWN to you, and will make you virile, young, and a bonafide STUD again - and yes, the effects extend to the bedroom mostl likely too. Heh.
