Clubs and CONDITIONING ...

Lots has been made of (for those that lift weights) how "heavy is needed to build muscle".

How you go heavier and heavier, injuries piling up regardless, form notwithstanding - until you sit on a bench and "pump and isolate" the nth strand of the bicep and so forth - ugh.

Heavy weights are good, but certainly not isolation wise!

Its GREAT if you can lift the fender off your truck for instance wthout external help. A little old lady once did just that - no kidding.

But really - training wise, the most important muscles are the BRAIN and the HEART. As always, in life as well and last night, another one of those on the spur of the moment ideas I had to do 500 swings non stop with an Indian club right OUT Of the shower, not before (I didnt get a good workout in apparently before that!) - really hit the spot.

The video shows me going at 70-80% of my capacity.

I stopped at 400 reps, but I had a 1000 more left in the tank - easy.

And while 10 kgs is anything but easy to swing for most folks - it is "medium" for me - not easy not tough - try doing it with 30 kgs.

A weight most scoff at in the gym, yet, you do high rep workouts without stopping with these, and they make the SWEAT pour like nothing else my friend.

Club swinging is not included in Corrugated Core - but it builds that for sure! (proof's in the pudding - no pun).

If you want that six pack from hell, a rock hard "cast iron" midsection, muscles that ripple under the skin, a toned midsection, sides, lower back - well, there's many ways to get it, but a club is an indispensable tool in this process that should never be ignored. More importantly, you must swing it RIGHT or not at all.

There's a lot of material out there on club swinging, some of it good, most BAD and wrong - especially the "arching the lower" back as you swing (which is OK when you begin, but shouldn't be the long term focus).

For best results, you do these with legs as straight as possible, and keep the back neutral. The motion comes from core, grip and ... CORE!

much like if you were do those "hoopla swings" with those rings - if you get my meaning.

More to the point, this sort of training not only builds a ferocious grip, but it affects the BRAIN positively too.

Thick grips on pull-up bars do as well, but you'll find it tough with these mudgars since the grip is already very thick on most of them.

We dont make 'em as yet.

We will in the future, but for now - some of the old time training info that Indian wrestlers had my friend, in fact MOST of it - is pure GOLD, and has never been revealed to the public - before now - and yours truly is obviously in an unique position to do so.

Place your pre-order for Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness NOW -this course is truly the "Mecca and Medina" of old time strongman training, and the volume of info in there is just mind boggling and staggering to be honest.

Do so NOW.

And get back to me, so we can put you on a special pre order only list for that course!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

I've been giving out a lot of free tips these days (which I normally reserve for my books and the Ship members) to my email list.

About how to do advanced exercises, how to get more reps, and a lot of everything in fact - you'll want to sign up for the newsletter if you ain't signed up already here

And, you'll want to subscribe to our Youtube Channel here - lots of great stuff!

Anyway - today's tip?

Last afternoon, we were doing a short video on pull-ups and dead hangs, and at the end of it I decided to give yall viewing a tip on increasing REP count.

When you're fatigued, when you think you can't do any more pushups, when you can't pull - "at all" - when you're at that point, really speaking, you've only gone to about 30% of your capacity my friend.

David Goggins said this in one of his books too - and he is right.

But I'm not asking you to give it 100 plus percent in each workout that way - you'd probably burn out unless that is all you were focusing on (although admittedly some of us manage it) ...

I'm simply giving you a tip on INCREMENTAL progress - which is ultimately what leads to big gains.

At the end of that video, you will see that I tell you the exact words to use to say to yourself when you're in that situation.

i.e. you can't get even a single more rep!

Or half of it ...

"Lets do 3 more, just 3 more!"

The word in bold is KEY.

Words, my friend, paint a PICTURE in your mind.

When your mind sees "just" - it thinks of "oh, something easy there".

And it prods your subconscious into doing the thing, which then calls upon your reserves, and you pump out more reps - or do the dead hang for longer as was the case in that video.

I can easily go up to a minute in the dead hang, perfect form.

I've done up to two minutes - and I could go for longer probably using the tip above - in an exercise most people, even a lot of fit guys - struggle to do. (dead hang, forget the pull-up, haha).

If you say "lets do 3 more" (or 5, or whatever) - you might not get that same impact.

Because then the mind never goes in to "easy peasy lemon squeezy" mode if you get my drift.

That, my friend, is a very powerful technique indeed - if you care to listen and implement.

In that video my little girl mentioned something - a riposte - about "but your name is not Justin".

On the spur, in the flow, I wasn't sure why she said that.

Given a guy named Justin wants to market on this site today, well, maybe thats why. Hehe.

We'll see what happens with Justin ... but as an aside, many years ago, I was at Enterprise Rent a Car in NY (is it still around? I'll Goggle! (Freddie said Goggle, I must too!)) with the girlfriend at the time, I wasn't 21 - she was over 21, (I was a few months shy) - and despite a lot of pleading they wouldn't let me rent in my name - which means the insurance wasn't in my name - which means I couldn't drive for those few months.

Ugh!

I remember telling co-workers how I had to ask my girlfriend to get smokes for me (although sometimes we got 'em online). Hehe.

One guy for whatever reason used to buy them from me at work - maybe he wasn't allowed to smoke at home?

Anyway ....................

(he'd often show up at my desk "just one more", lol).

I still remember guy at Enterprise smirking at me and doing his version of being a smart guy and telling me "Thats the KEY age" i.e.21.

Well, we reached that key age shortly thereafter, a brother (a big burly brother if you get mah drift, hehe) hooked me up with a SUV instead of the economy car we budgeted for as I showed up to the house with the girlfriend in tears "because I took so long".

Ah, the memories, including driving the SUV on the highways as it tilted on the sharp bends up in Maine ...

Man, that water was COLD, cold, cold! I didnt do any Brooks Kubik style workouts on that damn beach, the water touched my little toe, I damn near froze.

Hotel (motel) had a nice little heated pool though, if I was there NOW - I'd probably jump in the ocean anyway. Hah.

Anyway, I dont know why this email showed up in reverse, memories later, info first.

Such as it Is.

And since this isnt a travelogue, I'll end it here.

Back soon - but thats the key word!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - The key word to turn around your fitness in terms of supreme conditioning workouts - that build health, strength and vitality all in one quick (or many quick) movements - is Animal Kingdom Workouts - and the key word there - BUY.

Nothing happens until you get off your duff and do, way too many of you haven't as yet! Hehe.

PS #2 - Along with the "Goggle" part, well, once, back in the day, I accidentally pronounced Skype as "Sky pee" in a meeting.

OK, enough with the ridiculous memories in that regard, but it was hilarious, to me at least - in China though thats how they say it, so it wasn't even noticed. Hehe. I did though later!

Take the lower body OUT of it

My brother,

And, fellow - or dame, hehe - fitness fanatic - -

What I'm about to say might come across as highly contradictory in two regards, one - to build brute upper body strength, there's many good ways - but none of what I normally talk about involves isolation (never) - and certainly never taking the LEGS away.

If you've noticed, and everyone on my list has for sho - training legs and back hard and heavy is really what builds upper body strength, not simply training the upper body, doing endless sets of bench presses, curls, lat pulldowns and so forth which build fake strength if at all (for the most part - the last exercise being the biggest culprit - that strength neither lasts, nor is it practically useful in many or any ways).

Test yourself on pull-ups and the lat pulldown, chances are excellent if you've got half a brain you'll figure it out on your own, anyway, but now?

What I'm here to tell you?

To build brute upper body strength?

Sometimes, just sometimes, you take the lower body - OUT OF IT - and away - unless it's for balance mostly, and sometimes not even that

My forearms are singing and ZINGING right now, my friend.

I did a fairly long lumberjack workout, lots of club swinging in all directions.

What you might find strange is this - towards the end of it, I sat my ass down, put on some movie or the other - and continued.

What do I mean?

Well, bruce Lee for one had this habit of constantly swinging a dumbbell around at home, no matter what he was doing, every so often he'd lift it, and it wasn't "especially" heavy either.

Its the reps that build that real functional strength, I've said this forever, Lee knew it, of course.

It's NOT one time lifts - thats the lazy man's way out a lot of times - not always, but look at truly fit people, chances are they do lot more other than powerlifting, if they even do that at all.

Anyway, Lee would often swing his club around at all odd hours.

Me, I was sitting there trying not to bash a 10 kg club against the ole puter. Hehe.

And let me tell you, its one thing bringing the hips and waist into club and all lumberjack work and workouts - you should do that - I've said that in Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness amongst other gems you wont want to miss.

But sometimes, you take the lower body out of it, and believe me, you're not isolating - you're still working the entire upper body as a whole.

And it works GREAT as a finisher.

So do pull-ups throughout the workout! MY!

And of course, the classic example of taking the legs away is one of the most brutally effective exercises  out there, sometimes most gym goers cannot begin to do, and run away from - and something even less common than pull-ups.

The almighty handstand pushup, and that one exercise should explain the entire post to you!

And thats the message for now.

Read, apply, and train - HARD!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - My courses dont just give you info NO-ONE else will, I give you the REAL deal, the secrets the gyms and other so called fitness gurus love to keep from you to fatten their own wallets, and keep you - not thy wallet - FAT.

Nah.

I give it to you straight, not only that - in a manner you must listen to, and cannot miss - and in a brutally frank manner that just flat out WORKS.

And if you haven't gotten the courses above as yet, do so NOW, you simply MUST. Can't miss!

Freaky old timers like strength

FREAKY old time strongman style strength is right - that is what it is, and should be!

Well, so I wrote about the movie the Samaritan this morning - which I rather enjoyed, but I'm a die hard Stallone fan as you guys know. As a neutral observer, my advice would be - since I'm such a good Samaritan, hehe - to stay AWAY from the movie unless you're a die hard Sly fan like I am in which case I pretty much love every bit of his work, the infamous "Judge Dredd" included.

Anyway, movie has many gritty realistic scenes I wrote about in the last email.

But physique and combat aren't in the least bit realistic.

Or are they?

When you have a dude who can literally get shot several times and recover - when people fracture their wrists punching him in the gut (as he says "I'm built like a TANK!")  - when he crushes toasters with his bare hands, when he bends iron bars locking doors with his bare hands - and so forth - you might be inclined to think "it's all make believe".

For most people, indeed, for most modern day men it would be just that - make believe world!

But is it?

Old time strength was some thing else, pal.

People were REALLY Strong back then.

They didnt wimp out for one if they missed one meal or two - or even two days worth.

(as I just completed - a 2.5 day fast which ended YESTERDAY afternoon). (impromptu as everything Is with me).

Think about someone like the Mighty Atom who pulled airplanes by his hair - NOT an exagerration by any standard there - there are videos out there proving it.

Or, think about someone like the Great Gama, undefeated in what - 50 years? Against top class opponents from damn near everywhere, and on a "diet" of food that would stun the average human - but he was no average man - and 5000 squats and 3000 squats daily.

Lots of people say these numbers are grossly inflated, but ARE THEY?

Look at Herschel Walker who does pretty much the same thing - minus the hefty food intake!

There is literally NO limit to what the human mind and body can accomplish provided the WILL IS THERE!!

Then, lets take Arthur Saxon and his improbable feats of strength at a bodyweight of 150 lbs or so . . .

Or, Alexander zass, bending prison bars made of solid iron willy nilly!

All true tales, and all shown in the movie to an extent - minus the "old time strongman" tag - except it's there. Look at Sly throughout the movie, and you'll see that plastered all over his face, even though it's not written - and body!

Solid - "Rambo IV" style lumberjack body as Sly has become famous for in recent years as opposed to the LEAN AND MEAN look - both are great, of course, but he adopted some very intense training plus some highly unhealthy techniques for the latter, not for the former though . . . (older and wiser? Hehe).

There's always a business reason behind what Sly does, but I bet health was ONE reason too. At that point he was well estabilished if you get my drift . . . Anyway, point isn't Sly's career or even the movie (which as I said you could watch if you're a die hard Sly fan, but I should say if you're an "old time strongman" and old school in general fan as well).

The world has slowly been going old school for years in the recent past, something I've always been, something I always will be.

If you look at Sly's movies, he's as much of a visionary in that regard.

Anyway just what did the old timers do to build their freaky strength?

Lots of exercises, eating, drinking, all of it - the whole shebang - some even drank copious amounts of BEER.

Hehe.

But they all had one thing in common - they trained hard and kept it simple - and by keeping it simple, I mean they did stuff most people SCOFF at, especially the idiots that swear by pump, tone and PREEN at the JIM.

The Gama pushed against his tree to build that prodigious strength.

Thats right.

Dont believe me?

Look it up, the man said it himself.

"When an oak tree becomes easy to budge, a man is nothing!"

And so it proved, friend.

Alexander Zass built his prodigious strength by doing something I show you in Advanced, PROFOUND Isometric and Flexibility Training - a special chapter on STICK ISOMETRICS - from childhood.

And virtually all of the strongmen used some form of isometric in the first book I put out on it "Isometric and Flexibility Training".

Well, my friend, I dont know about YOU - but if I had a pulse, and I DO - I'd be RUSHING to GRAB the above two books now - and start on them right away.

Do so NOW

I'll be back!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Dont forget Animal Kingdom Workouts - another book that will make you freakishly "animal like" super strong in a way NOTHING else can!

And how you should too ...

On the other site, and recently I wrote about how to know if you’re dealing with a cauldron of NEGATIVITY.

Towards the end of that email, I wrote about how the bozos, nutjobs, wankers, pissers and moaners, Mama’s boys, Schofields (the Bozos that is), whiners, and LOSERS IN LIFE (and everything else) complain about “you’re so fit because you have good genetics”.

One of the most ridiculous things I heard recently was this.

“You have long hands so you can do pull-ups better”

Huh???

Lady, (this was a lady) what frigging planet you BE living on.

First off, the size of your hands has nothing to do with anything other than (according to what some people say) whats in your PANTS.

The thumb, or whatever.

I’m not even sure thats ACCURATE.

Second, and more importantly, I have SMALL hands. I’ve often laughingly compared them to female hands and (though they said it was a “little bigger”), my hands were by no means much bigger.

Look at Sylvester Stallone for one, a guy thats achieved more of NOTE and WORTH than the Bozos and MONKEYS out there couldn’t dream of.

When you think action – who do you think ?

STALLONE!

HE IS THE ONE that inspired Arnie, Willis and the rest! (and more recently perhaps Vin Diesel and the lot, and if you’re into Bollywood, whoever you follow there).

Sanjay Dutt for one openly admits to being influenced by Stallone!

And if you see his earlier movies, you’ll notice that he copied Stallone on many of the things he did. It aint’ just him either. Sly is a legend, and a trail blazer – nuff said!

And his hands – and shape in general?

He’s not a big guy. HE’s a SMALL GUY!

His hands are probably even tinier than mine. They did a wax something of his hands somewhere in New York, and a past girlfriend once saw it.

My hands are bigger than his, she said.

And yet ...

Ditto for yours truly.

If I’ve been able to do what I have with crappy genetics, and an even crappier and UNINSPIRING upbringing – what will YOU be able to do?

Herschel Walker, for one – you wouldn’t think it – but he wasn’t a big guy naturally, and no, “muscle doesnt stick to him like shit”. These excuses are so damned pathetic, especially when THE MAN HIMSELF has refuted this bullshit!

And back to it.

I’ve got LONG arms. Longer than the norm.

Monkey arms as it were, hehe.

And they ARE long.

And when doing pull-ups thats another natural disadvantage along with my SMALL hands.

Yet, I made up my mind to become the BEST at grip – and I did.

I made up my mind to get STRONGER than a lot of people triple my size – and in many ways I DID.

Lets see how many big dudes can even get into a handstand and hold for one!

Including you weight lifters and preeners and posers out there ...

I made up my mind to get the Corrguated Core I write so much about – and I did. Tell that to the nutwards who supposedly walk miles daily at 3 AM or some such nonsense on planet “I’m wayyyyyyyy out there, broooooooooooooooo”.

I made up my mind to get good at pull-ups.

And by God, or not, I DID!

You focus on the SOLUTION, bro.

As they say in the Seals and other elite units (including most likely SWAT teams etc).

DEAL WITH IT!

And get her done.

And thats what it’s about – BRO.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Some of you have said the advanced book on pull-ups is too expensive. Well, hey, I get it. It IS expensive, but it will stay that way (fortunately or not is another story). The solution there is to get the compilation - - and when you compare the prices ... well ‘nuff said!

(But hurry – I might re-price in the New Year).

Improvement - in SOME sphere - in EVERY WORKOUT!

I've said it before, I will say it again.

If you're not improving - in some way - in every workout, you're not doing it right.

Lots of people complain of being "stuck".

Either they're not losing weight beyond a certain point, either they're not increasing their rep count on pushups, either they're not getting their workouts done quicker, could be anything.

The complaints come in thick and fast, and the human mind being what it is ...

"Its not working".

No, my friend.

The routines WORK.

What a lot of people forget is the "improve with every workout maxim".

If you're doing jump rope workouts, for one, and you do it daily - you may or may not hit a max rep count daily.

Thats fine.

But you improve SOMEWHERE - daily!

Could be you do them in less time.

Could be you jump HIGHER on each rep, on the double unders...

Could be you work in other exercises with it, and feel great doing so!

It could be anything, key thing is to NOTICE.

Now, the other thing.

If you're doing multi-faceted workouts, like practically all my books (if not ALL) advocate, you're starting off on the right foot.

You banish boredom and lethargy INSTANTLY.

You're constantly challenging your body with fresh new exercises and workouts.

And - you're never "at a loss" as to what to do.

Ever embarked on pushups, for one, and just - in the middle of the workout - you felt it was not the day for pushupS?

OK, so what else to do.

You could push through the workout, not entirely a bad idea...

Or, you could do OTHER things in the workout - from one of my workouts!

Truly leaves you with no excuses, and yet, you might ask - how do I IMPROVE with each workout if I'm doing different things?

Well, you'll see by working out this way it's not only easier to improve - but you'll improve in small , minute ways you might not even notice.

For me, that was my pushup workout last night.

I did my pushups that much SLOWER - with that much better form - and felt so GREAT - GOOD - the best!

Then this morning, I was doing jump rope Mania! workouts.

But, it wasn't the day .

My timing was off.

I still powered through 2000 reps, of course, but something wasn't "there".

Something wasn't clicking.

Out came the Lumberjack club!

And presto, my swings improved immeasurably while doing those.

I went higher - and lower - on each rep, getting a solid stretch in through the chest and trap fibers...

And I improved my rep count to - currently I'm at a 100 per set - don't even THINK about starting with that sort of rep count when you start, by the way!

And there it is, my friend.

It is one of the keys to success at anything - - not just training.

So that is the lesson for this one - enjoy!

And be sure to remember what I said about the offers ALL being extended until December 25, 2021 - lots of people have already asked about it.

Will I see YOUR NAME amongst those that have taken advantage - or asked about the Ship.

I hope so, my friend.

Because really, if there ever was a time to buy what you've been PUTTING off, it is ...

NOW!

Have at!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Really, putting off what you should have done ages ago constantly and finding new excuses, it doesnt work for anything in life, my friend. Fitness is the same!

I knew there was a reason I was hiccuping. Hehe.

5 times ...

Not really (reason).

But it's one of those idiotic superstitions I believe that means "someone is remembering you" ...

And an idiot indeed was.

Here is the latest -

Device: Mobile

Name: How much for a cuddle?

Device: Mobile

Name: Please Rahul what can I do for you sir

Email: (he finally figured out that all "Glyns" are on block, so he sent "plesuyur at ..."

Truly, Glyn has NOTHING better to do than troll on the dumbphone (yet more proof it's a dumbphone and nothing else and smart people either dont have it, or use it as less as they can - I fall into the latter category).

I know a lot of people are getting tired of Bozo, so enough of him.

But . . . heres another.

Sir can u give contact detail of astrologer (seer) you meet in himachal

I've no idea, but looks like it came from the good ole I of A i.e. India, the USAs staunch and staunchest ALLY, and indeed the rest of the civilized world (despite having a crapload to improve upon).

First off, he clearly didnt read my post about NOT calling me Sir. Second, "m singh" apparently doesnt know this, but I wouldn't give out a woman's contact info even I had it, not because "he" would do anytihng trollish, but because of the Bozo like clowns out there (such as Schofield).

I didnt have the heart to tell him all that.

Hi,

I dont have her contact details. She sells ...whats the word? "vastu shastra" in Indian?? (feng shui is the term I use) ... items in Khajiiar, but I'm not sure if she's a seer per se and she certainly isnt an astrologer. All I did though was buy some items from her (my wife did, actually, not me) - so thats really all I know!

Yours truly is called a seer by most people, so if you read that somewhere, it is probably what I meant.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

(I dont know, I think thats what he meant by the seer part) (and I'm posting it here since he didnt reply with even a "thank you for replying" so he's either not going to, or he never GOT the email. I sort of suspect the former, but whatever).

On to force multipliers, finally I saw something sensible on Pinked-Out.

A post talking about B-52 Bombers, foootball sized planes that pack a punch like nothing and no-one else out there does, planes designed and using durin gWWIII that (despite being a pain in the ass to upgrade with technology) still are UNPARALLED in terms of recon and SHEER BRUTE PUNCHING (bombing) power on there ...

I replied with that YES - I'v ebeen saynig it for a while that the B-52s are what will bring China and a lot of other idiots and morons to their knees, because end of the day, theirs truly nothing like it out there, and then I added in another plea to people not to buy into the panic, not to call it the Coronavirus, what to calll it etcetc.

Who knows who will listen.

But Pinked-In has already emailedme saying the post is blocked in China.

Thank you!

Indirectly, without meaning to, they're looking out for me if you get my drift.

Not that the jingoistic Bozos in China (not everyone, but a LOT) would benefit from that post anyway except get riled up.

Anyway .... lets talk workouts!

And if there ever were force multipliers in terms of exercises?

Well, I'll try and give you a few!

Upper body, I'd say the handstand pushup and the dip are unparalled for sheer MUSCLE and brutality, MORE than the pull-up though pull-ups are great as well.

But nothing HAMMERS you Battletank style like handstand pushups!

And lower body?

I'd say Hindu - and regular squats.

In the past I said only HIndus, because trust me, you won't be able to walk right the first few days after doing them right.

No "ass soreness" - pun not intended, more the thighs.

But the REGULAR "Rahul Mookerjee patented style" squat done both isometrically and otherwise will tax the hips and BUTT like never before!

Big time.

Hopefully Glyn won't read this, because this is about WORKOUTS.

And those two leg exercises work the ENTIRE body.

Core?

I'd say the stud like "hanging leg raise" on the cover of "Pull-ups - from STUD to SUPER STUD within WEEKS!"

But there's plenty more in Corrugated Core.

Those are the ones I'd choose right off the bat - if you have more - let me know!

Now, for workouts?

Force multiplier workouts?

I'd say the Noah's Ark Workouts from Animal Kingdom Workouts for one (on that note add in frog jumps to "force multiplier" exercises above).

Then I'd say workout #8 from Battletank Shoulders - Pull-ups / Handstand pushups "mid point holds" / Handstand pushups workout.

Oh - MY!

This KICKS my butt even now. if you can do even 10%, you're already "70% Gorilla and 30% Human" I'd say!

On that note, workout #3 from that book. It's a static workout for the most part, but oh my will it make you SORE. EVERYWHERE!

I could give you SO many.

But those are right off the top of my head!

And no, nothing "down there" - sorry. Hehe.

I'll leave that to YOUR imagination!

I'm out - back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Remember, down to TWO copies of the Collector's item of Fast and Furious Fitness. Truly a rare GEM, truly a TREASURE bar none, so get this now, because once it's gone, its gone - no more reprints.

PS #2 - Wacko Glyn is currently engaged in duping young gullible Chinese women by claming he goes to Socksford or what not. ugh. Anywy, enough on him - proof later.

My thoughts on Matt Damon

So I’ve written a LOT about the Bourne series, haven’t I?

The training montage, specifically, the pull-ups and the sprints (after which I actually modeled my own personal workout way back in 2018! ?).

Sprints make you feel like NO-ONE can harm you once you’re done my friend, and I don’t necessarily mean that muscle wise, I just mean the FEEL Good feeling.

And muscle wise, they build a ton of it as well!

Anyway, I believe those emails are how some of my MOST loyal customers (Charles Mitchell and Jason, you two are at the TOP of the list! ?) found me.

And with good reason, of course.

Now, I was watching a bit of the Bourne Supremacy this morning.

And I don’t know why, but the SPRINT – the ALL OUT SPRINT – and the accompanying music throughout the scenes was what was playing in my head since the morning since I woke up with that great, great feeling I wrote about on the other website.

Bourne running . . . for his life, quite literally!

Through crowded streeets, through chaotic roads (try tossing in a full out sprinter on a busy highway! ?) and the PULSATING, RESOUNDING music that accompanies it. No wonder The Bourne Supremacy is my favorite in the series! ?.

And anyway, as he runs, runs, and runs he sprints up a flight of subway stairs, much like I did back in 20016, except I did it with a heavy duty laptop slung on to me and office clothes, hehe.

And then he does what to me has ALWAYS STOOD OUT, if just for the sheer PHYSICALITY of it.

People talk about the Expendables etc when they talk muscle, and rightly so, but try doing what Bourne did in the movie.

NOT LITERALLY! Let me repeat that, not literally!

But try the equivalent of two subway trains rushing towards you FULL TILT post a sprint (right after it), and then you jumping onto the tracks and jumping OUT Of harm’s way in the NICK OF TIME! . . .

. . . and then doing the same on the adjoining platform before jumping off onto a damned barge of all things!

Boy oh boy. You gotta be in shape to do that, and that’s a magnificent plyometric if any. I’ve no idea if they used stunt doubles during the movie, but from what Damon said, they didn’t. Sure, the subway trains were probably put in there cinematically, but still, to even DO that ONCE, as opposed to twice . . . damn!

And that brings me to my central topic. Damon.

Damon is one of my favorite actors, and not just in the Bourne series, but overall – but yes, the Bourne series is how I got to see the guy the first time, and my favorite by far.

Now, here is where I will say something some might not quite agree with. sOme might call me a lunatic. Some might call me “wrong”. And so forth.

But (much like my buddy from the Marines! ? and anyone that truly IS IN THE KNOW does) I make snap judgements on most things my friend, and I’ve written about this before.

Ford, for one had the habit of reaching a final decision very quickly, an dchanging it slowly.

Doesn’t mean he didn’t put thought in before the decision was reached, but when it came time to make a decision, BAM!

And that’s how I get my initial impression of folks, either in person or online.

You either got it, or you don’t! You either HAVE a good vibe, or you don’t, and so forth.

And Damon (and by the way, I have NO idea what the man’s politicial affiliations are) and myself might not see eye to eye on everything, especially (I suspect!) politics.

And no, I could care less about the supposed Ben Affleck thing (I don’t know much about it; that’s another thing about yours truly - - I try to steer far, far away from gossip in all regards, especially celeb gossip).

That don’t mean I don’t study how the celebs became who they are NOW, my friend.

And it doesn’t mean I don’t cut past the BS and see them for a PERSON, and the OVERALL DEAL.

And overall, Damon’s a solid dude, the BEST fit for the Bourne series by far, and a damned good actor.

And a damned fit guy when he has to!

They talked about how they got him in shape for the Bourne series(and especially the last one, where he was almost 40 I believe. Or 45, perhaps).

Running up hills. 11 km runs a day! I can relate, hehe.

Pull-ups galore (Damon couldn’t do a single pull-up when he started, and got up to 31 in a set!).

Heavy bag work, and a lot of it.

And a decent diet without being over cautious about it.

All in all, fitness wise, Bourne aka Damon wouldn’t be a bad person to learn from at all (and neither would his trainer most likely, hehe).

And on that note, I’m out. Those are my thoughts. Write back and let me know what yours are if you so would!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Yours truly makes for a damn good trainer too (I know, I know). But I CAN put you through your paces like NO-ONE else ever has! To find out if you truly do “got it” – apply right HERE.

These could probably be condensed – or seperated – and then hung out to dry, hehe – as TWO emails.

But first, a bit of a strange occurrence – or questions – or both.

Why, I ask, why (Bozo schofield, pay attention, LOL) would guys (ostensibly STRAIGHT guys) talk about “hanging condoms out to dry on clotheslines so they could be re-used” – or send dick pictures galore in what was decidely not a porn group on WeShat?

I can tell you why I call it WeShat.

But can these fine fellas, all fine upstanding “Gym Shym” preacher with big bellies (some) and even more gigantic bloated MUSCLE (some) tell me why they would be doing the same?

I won’t take names and kick ass (for a change).

Bozo Schofield, well, he’s the epitome of lunacy so I just HAVE To. Plus he makes me sales.

But I kinda like the other two dudes, hehe. Especially the boobybuilder with knee injuries who I Once asked to run sprints.

To his credit, cliff listened.

HE might not have DONE it.

But he didn’t trash talk bodyweight like a certain other guru shuru does.

(not to mention he came out and agreed with - or shoul di say had the GUTS to admit that the Chinese are one of the most racist people ever in certain regards, and he said this despite being a color you wouldn't think would say it, hence my rants about "not all people are bad!")

(Credit bro!)

Shuru, lol.

Thats “start” in Hindi.

Here I start again, I can heer certain people thinking.

Here I GO again. Like that Energizer Bunny, hehe, as certain female shave called me.

And to the other guy’s credit?

He said the following

“Rahul doesn’t just “do it” (to a silly question along the lines of “if I do it”.). He TEARS it apart”.

HA!

Now, inneundos aside (would you believe, that was the sort of conversation that went on in “Keeping it Real in China” (one reason I GAVE the group away, and Bozo Schofield of all people ended up getting it through a third party, and he promptly turned it into a porn group)) (and Charles was right. Dont give it to Glyn, he repeatedly told me, hehe).

But I didn’t.

Glyn “got it” …

but anyway. Point of all this you ask?

Brain dump for one, and this brain dump occurred during a SUPER STUD workout, my friend.

No, not pull-ups although that happened before and after.

But when, and hear me out, you can do 500 jump ropes in approximately 1:45, you truly ARE super stud level at jumping rope right if nothing else.

You’re probably pretty damned good at other things too.

(I wont go thre, hehe).

But jumping rope does increase blood flow all over the body, including to the nether regions where most modern day men and boobybuilders selling supplements get LESS flow.

Far lesser, I should say …

But anyway, I haven’t put out an advanced course on jumping rope as yet.

Maybe I shall.

But for now, Jump Rope Mania! Is advanced enough to keep you busy and sweating your WHOLE Life.

Now, the inner citadel?

Well, it’s simple

Tracy once told me that “you’re always so positive! I love it!”

High praise coming from a fine, fine lass … hehe.

And most people whether they agree with me or not have told me the same thing (on my list, and pretty much most people I meet) except THREE people.

Two, actually.

The Bozo = Hannibal, not “human”.

The other two?

I’ll let you guess, hehe.

25% discount off for those that DO guess – RIGHT!

Oh, and in an email or so prior or perhaps one that I wills end soon, there’ll be a goof that doesn’t seem like a goof, and the number “25” or a derivative thereof will be involved.

See if you can spot it!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Get to ANIMAL like fitness levels and become the REAL Man you were meant to be (hint – Mother Nature didn’t intended you to turn into a puff duff boobybuilder my friend. Adding more poundage on to the bar ain’t where its at either. REAL MAN training is done on your FEET, not your back and ass (unless its the lovely not Schofield, of course, hehe) by INDULGING galore in the WORKOUTS that will get you there – Animal Kingdom Workouts, the book that is possibly my best and most controversial ever, and is raising eyebrows and getting RAVE REVIEWS!

PS #2 – I “Capped” off my workout with a 1 minute isometric stretch. Thats right, just one minute. And those workouts I give you in Isometric and Flexibility Training – last guess how long?

Righto, my friend.

Right-O!

And they WILL kick your ass. Guaran-damn-teed.

PPS – Citadel, “sh”it-adel. LOL. Never got to that. But basically it’s a Napoleon Hill expression which basically means you let NOTHING but the thoughts you WANT to come into your innermost mind. I’ve written about this before, and despite it NOT seeming that way, I practice it almost daily, and the results are wondrous. So should YOU!

And if you don’t know how, apply for COACHING on it here. (how dare I, eh. Hehe. But I did!)

5 minute workouts, and more . . .

Pursuant to my last email about the number of lardasses globally INCREASING rather than decreasing, especially with the “lockdown shockdowns” everywhere . . . it makes me think.

Long and hard.

Now, it ain’t something I’ve not written before of course.

But the point is this.

People can find hours to discuss politics. Or post about it. Or discuss the latest training methods over dinner.

Or discuss the next move China is going to make, for that matter (see my latest FB Post for more on that).

Watch the news for hours. Goggle at the plague stats for donkey’s years.

And so forth.

And yet, a 5 minute workout seems to be too much for said people to get done.

Don’t get me wrong.

All of the above IS IMPORTANT to think about to an extent and discuss, and research. The more informed you are, the better it is always, and that holds especially true in these trying times.

But point also is this.

Health ultimately is the only wealth you’ll ever have my friend, and while the vast majority of people would scoff at this until last year or so (though truth be told, the signs have been NIGH globally for years) they probably won’t now.

At least not the majority of people.

Feel better, look better, and most importantly be healthy from the inside out.

Not just so you can beat the blasted plague or whatever the hell the Chinese CCP unleashed on the ROW.

For YOU.

And you alone, and your loved ones.

This afternoon, I broke my workout down this way.

700 jump in 5minutes flat.

A minute or so break in between.

And as I completed 5 sets, I felt GREAT. And exhausted, of course.

And I could literally see my stomach expanding in and out as I detailed in that last email (hint – as I’ve mentioned in Advanced Hill Training, THAT is how you know you’re getting the fat burning MUSCLE building workout of your LIVES).

At the end of the 3500 jumps, all done in sets of 700, I did some pull-ups.

Again, same thing.

I did sets of 5. Before I knew It, I was exhausted. Grip failing. And this is Mr. Gorilla Grip we’re talking about!

My total workout time likely lasted around an hour, out of which HALF of that was just rest, walking back and forth to the park, resting in between sets etc.

Yes, what I tell you in Advanced Hill Training is very true about your rest periods far outdoing you rworkout times . . . and you making the best gains of your life on that routine!

Go HERE now, my friend, and invest today. This truly is worth it for the LONG TERM!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
