Welcome to the Fast and Furious Fitness website. If you are looking for information on sensible, practical training methods that produce great results (and if you are reading this page you likely ARE), then you have come to the right place. My name is Rahul Mookerjee, and I will, through this website, teach you how to get supremely fit using little other than your own body weight and the desire to succeed.
I have been training for many years now, but it was only a few years ago that I discovered certain training methods, and combination of exercises that catapulted my gains beyond belief. YES, I was in good shape before I started following my current regimen - but, and this is a huge but, the gains I have made NOW are far superior to what I experienced before. These techniques can work for YOU, as well - irrespective of the kind of shape you are in right now.
The exercises I use are basic, and are nothing new. However, there are endless variations and nuances to these exercises, that I have discovered through trial and error - and THESE are what really make the exercises WORK, as opposed to doing endless sets of the same thing.
One of the pictures on this page shows me doing a variation of a pull-up on a thick bar - and it is TOUGH. Those are the kind of exercises I advocate, and teach - SIMPLE, yet SUPER TOUGH. And as you can see, I am not one of those "armchair experts" who talk, but don't back their talk up. EVERY exercise I refer to, either in my site or in my book has been thoroughly tested by me and carries my seal of approval. In other words, what I teach you works - and the results will show for themselves.
And, as you might have guessed by now from looking at the picture of the stairs I've posted above - I do not, repeat, do NOT - espouse a training philosophy that works the muscles but neglects the heart and lungs. Big, big mistake, folks - - do you REALLY want to be the bodybuilder who can "lift" a ton but collapses in a heap after climbing several flights of stairs??
So, look through the site, feel free to browse through the articles and blog - and make sure to sign up for our daily newsletter as well!
Last, but not least, this is not a site about bodybuilding. As I mention in my book as well, this site is geared towards natural fitness - not bloated muscles and the shiny, greased (insert adjectives of choice) "look" that comes with bodybuilding. Ths site is not about getting "ripped abs" or "shredded delts" or "horseshoe triceps" or anything like that. If that is what you are looking for, I have no problems with it, but that is not what is being taught here.
