How I used the secret healing power of ISOMETRICS to not only get rid of - but strengthen - a "centuries old" golf ball sized LUMP on my foot!

Some of the best books, my friend, just "happen".

Despite a few customers asking me for a while about a book on isometrics last year, I thought - honestly - seriously - it would be the last thing I ever wrote.

I mean, me, with all the "movement" I do - and isometrics

But one night, something CLICKED.

Amidst all the movement I did, I paused - hit rewind - and saw HOW I did all of it.

I looked at the stretches NO-ONE does these days. I looked at How I did those - how I breathed while doing 'em - most importantly what I thought both before - and after - and during doing 'em.

And how I felt, better than a massage almost (done by GIRLS, hehe).

I still remember going to a massage three years ago though done by a middle aged man.

My wife shrieked.

"By a man!!!!"

"How the hell did you even... "

But it wasn't the oil massage she had told me to get (she was right. Hehe. That I got later!).

It was a MEDICINAL massage.

WITH clothes on.

ANd the way I felt, like a billion bucks from pressing and squeezing - his, of course.

The way he cracked my joints was like nothing else, yet, as he did, I recalled I'd been doing a lot of the same stuff myself, and anyway, isometrics?

The Gama used them.

Way simpler techniques that taught in the book, and along with other things, specifically, Luimberjack "Lodestone" Fitness - and the 0 Excuses Fitness System - look at the results it brought him - and me.

Naturally, the Bozos will think I'm equating myself to the Gama.

I ain't either.

he's the greatest!

I'm simply the Stella Artois of Bodyweight Culture, par excellence - and I wasn't even the one that said that. Hehe.

But anyway ... remember that foot injury I wrote to you about?

Climbing and runing up and down hills galore - hence, I teach you HOW to do it right (no, it is NOT - I repeat - NOT - "just walking or running!") in Advanced Hill Training.

It got so wierd at a time I had a golf sized lump on the front of my foot.

Oddly, unlike my swollen foot years ago which made me scream in pain when I TOUCHED it (the whole foot was swollen big time) - you could squeeze or pummel away at this lump - I wouldn't feel a thing.

Always extremes, yours truly.

Life, fitness, everything.

So it shall REMAIN.

But that lump never went away, and kept re-appearing when I did Jump rope workouts for one.

Yet, one of the stretches I teach you in Isometric and Flexibility Training, for one ... the "heels to butt" stretch which a lot of people cannot even do - stage one, that is - stage two will be in Volume TWO - another super stretch and strenghtener ...

It cured it.

Nothing doing, just a few minutes of sitting in that pose, then the patented Rahul Mookerjee squat, and calf stretches ...

It's gone.

Just like that!

Trust me, these exercises can strengthen weak links like never before - but they can also heal EXISTING injuries faster than almost anything else you've ever done!

Along with the books above, remember to get your mitts on the book on isometrics too - truly another "Special one" "in the flow" !

Thank me later if you so choose, hehe. Entirely up to you!

But DO BENEFIT yourself!

How YOU can literally suck your gut in - and lose those all importance INCHES around the waist...

In Yoga, there is an exercise called the KapalBhati.

Basically, it's an exercise where you're ...

1) Flat on your ass i.e. seated in the lotus position (not quite flat, but you get my drift).

2) Your legs are crossed in the meditation position the right way (the way most people do it is wrong and the lazy mans way (due to lack of flexibility in the groin) - more on that later).

3) Spine straight.

And you ... BREATHE - in and out.

With each deep exhale - your stomach contracts inwards - kind of like you are using your entire core to "knock stale air out of your lungs" - like you were punched in the gut or something.

With each inhale that follows?

The reverse happens.

You'll have to do it to know, but get this -

A client of mine once reduced TWO Inches off his waist while doing this - with NO CHANGE IN DIET!

And he did this within 6 days flat.

The catch, you ask?

He did hundreds of repetitions per day - usually 500.

The other catch - a good thing?

It took lik eTWO days for the magic to start working.

THAT is the magic of deep breathing.

THAT is what Farmer Burns spoke about the 1914 mail order classic "Lessons in Wrestling and Physical Culture" in terms of ...

Deep breathing alone has made many a sick man strong, and many a weak man WELL.

I inverted a bit, but you get the drift.

Simply put, as another great old timer once said. Paul BRagg?

Your breath is your power.

YOUR waistline is YOUR LIFELINE - never let it bigger than it was in your prime.

I love and live by these words.

I'm the opposite! Hehe.

In my prime I was, and now, I am .. but wait, you're not interested. You know that already!

But anyway, THAT is deep breathing taught in the 0 Excuses Fitness System which you DO need to get, my friend, if you're in any serious about reducing that rapidly expanding "girth". (around the tummy and ass, not what you're thinkign).

Funnily, the other girth will likely expand too once the former reduces.

It's true!

But anyway ...

In Corrugated Core, an ultra special course for the entire core - not just he silly six pack (which by the way will become a 12 if you do it right) - I mention a version of this exercise which is even better, and even more effective, and why?

A) You do it standing. Enough said.

B) Because it gets you out of BREATH - quick.

C) It does B) without you really "moving anything but your core". Right, your standing there, and you get out of breath, which is NOT The case with the Kapalbhati!

D) When you start, you won't be abl eto do it all, but you can TRY.

E) You'll feel the INTERNAL muscle walls of the tummy work. THE REAL DEAL, which gives the six pack it's look and more importantly strength and stability.

F) While digestion improves immeasurably with the KapalBhati, THIS exercise does it too x 10. Trust me... (and have a toilet nearby. Hehe).

G) Clears the mind - big time.

H) Can be done along with other intense workouts like in Advanced Hill Training. I often did (but dont get dizzy!)

And this, my friend, is an ultra effective version of an ancient Yogic exercise, brought to you "Rahul Mookerjee" style as ONLY I can.

Trust me, and again, much like with Pushup Central and other courses, ain't nothing like this on the market out there. Try to find it, but you wont.

If you're indeed serious about reducing weight - like NOW?

Well , get Corrugated Core today.

"Real hardcore functional training, not the buffed for the beach nonsense", as a great customer from the U.K. recently said...

$40 -> $200

Battletank Shoulders, when it came out was priced at $39.99 for the Kindle version, I believe, if memory serves me right.

Around $40.

It remains one of the best courses I've ever put out, a power packed little ditty basically - I dont even know if it extends beyond 50 pages!

Maybe it does, but not a lot more.

That info though is invaluable, friend, and packs more power than 10 Tom Tom's could in 10,000 pages or more.

And this book is one of the ones I never changed after putting out - along with Pull-ups - from STUD to SUPER STUD - within weeks!

For damn good reason.

They dont need to be.

Gorilla Grip, the initial book on pull-ups, and Shoulders like Boulders! - all upgraded  and updated in 2017.

Not so the above two books.

Neither did the length of the books change.

The length did change (no pun intended) for the last three books, and the price went up too.

Not by a factor of 5 though.

(Paperback currently retails at $300)

Anyway, an idiot, whose been following me for years recently could not help himself.

"Sir, can it oRigInal price of $39.9999"

HE's been writing to me abuot this for ages, I ain't responded - personally, not even now. SOme things are just not worthy of my very valuable time, friend.

I'd rathe sit on the throne, to be honest, than answer such idiotic stuff.

But it did bring up an interesting point, one the wackos are sure to hate and "call me out" on (they're really calling themselves out).

Price, price, price.

Battletank Shoulders didnt go up to 5 times the price it was originally priced at simply to fill my pockets.

Thats how much the info was worth, so it went up.

It went up steadily, because I wanted to give ALL The doers who DO a fair shot at buying it before the price shot UP.

And now?

My books are priced high friend for two reason.

One, most importantly, the sheer and unparalled valued you get from 'em - truly like nothing you've seen ever.

And two, almost as importantly, to keep price wankers away ...

I cannot STAND the latter category!

True, if you write to me with a genunie problem or issue, I'll almost always work with you on it...

But if it's just Tom Tom's claiming that their "purse is empty" as this idiot did (purse??? Wallet?? And in any case, the wALLET should never be empty, period!) ...

... yet, this same person bitches about losing weight.

"Sir, I eat at Domino PIZZA four times a week", he sent.

No idea if that means delivery or take out.

(Personally, I hate Dominos anywhere in the world, Pizza Hut too. Papa Johns so so, but the real stuff, the genuine Italian pizzas!) ...

And GREEK food- I love it (the genuine stuff, lambs etc).

This Bozo spends lots of money on pizza and likely other stuff, when quizzed about it, he acts like "Of course! It costs that much, so I spend!"

Then he's told, well, the book costs that much, so ...

"Huh?? But that just book!"

THESE, my friend, are the idiots I want to avoid ...

They'll spend the world on inanities, yet, something that doesnt help them Tom Tom, virtue signal, look good, or "feel good temporarily" (life's tough, I'm giving myself a much needed breeeeeeeeeeeeaaaakkkkk!) and so forth.

But the real stuff, they piss and moan.

He's being banned from the list as we speak (third time out).

And thats why I keep exhorting you, friend, if you ain't yet, to place your pre-order for Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness, because trust me, you WILL Want it later. I get that, but I also get the price will RISE.

So should you, friend, if you ain't done it as yet.

True, its your money.

True, I'd be the last one to tell you how to spend it... or how to piss it down the drain, or invest it, or what have you. Hey, your money, your choice!

But I think I'm perfectly within my rights to say everything else, given the logic behind it!

I'm out.

Back soon!

The best thigh isometric (stretcher) ever

Another short one this, friend.

And it's one of the best stretches ever.

In the ADVANCED book on isometric i.e. Volume two of "Isometric and Flexibility Training" ( a book that has been fantastically well recieved by EVERYONE barring a single Tom Tom from ... I belivee Italy? Not sure, but I think it was Amazon Italy he left the "ridiculous retard" review on)...

Look, fella, I dont care about stars or not.

Well, we all do - I love 'em as much as you do!

5 star reviews?

but HOnEST is where the rubber meets the road, friend.

And that review was neither one of the above - a typical whiny Mama's boy tom Tommer review about "the photos are terrible" .

I mean really, like John Walker said on the Animal Kingdom Workouts book, "training books aren't about grammar" (there was no grammer mistakes in the book, I believe, he was replying to Bozo Schofield on yet another inane comment of his).

And the stetch, without further ado?

The Rahul Mookerjee patented squat is a MUST to do with this - along with another "one leg" hamstring stretch the doers know about ... while squatting.

with these two, here is the stretch that works wonders.

Your thighs will feel NEW - like nothing you've ever done before.

If you're huge into Hindu squats, climbing, high reps etc - all of it - this will stretch those sore quads out like NOTHING you've ever done.

It's tough, mark my words.

But doable.

Get your hands and knees on the floor, and then place your legs so that heels are under your BOOTOCKS.

I didnt say Butt, because Bozo will be back if he reads that (he's disappeared for the nonce, maybe Mandy kicked his gluetous maximum once and for all MAX) ...

Then, in that position, keep the spine straight.

Lean backwards as far as you can go

I dont know if I mention the "thighs at right angles" version to the lower legs version of this in the book. I believe I do ... ?

But THIS one, my friend, is the one you should aspire to.

SLOWLY, breathe IN and bend back as far as you can go, for a lot of you, that wont be far at all.

Thats OK.

Work at it.

The sheer "release" you'll feel in your quads - well - that will tell you all.

And again, caution. It's very easy to overdo it and tear a quad or two. Don't do that!

Safe, sane and consensual, whoa, wait a minute, wasn't that supposed to be on the other site. hehe.

But, safe and sane applies...

Go for it!

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Oh, and do the calf stretches along with it. So thats 4 that will give you the lower body stretch of your LIFE like nothing else will , can , or ever did!

(No Schofield stretches, thats on the other side, hehe).

I was spreadeagled on the floor. and MORE!

Liberally and literally, there I was!

Legs spread wide open, friend.

SPREADEAGLED on the floor.

Multiple times.

No Domina and no cuffs (unlike with the Bozo who can't get the former for paying, and latter for trying, hehe) - but I thought about it, I must admit!

I was on my knees - on all fours -like th eBozo often is.

and more!

That, my friends, is the synopsis of my WORKOUT TODAY - now- if I gotta give you one.

What was it?

What spanked my ass SO roundly? Pun intended, hehe.

Well, a 10x 3 workouts.

thats all, simple!

A 10 minute routine from the yet to be released "Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness", a book that is a must grab for all.

Then a 10 minute Jump rope Mania! routine (which I did first).

Then I finished off with a Pull-ups from STUD to SUPER stud 10 minute er.

Of course, that wouldn't be completed without mentioning the 1 minute Isometric workouts I did when I was supposed to be resting.

And, the one minute Gorilla grip workouts.

So, 32 mins all in all.

and I quit.

When I was ahead!

Believe me, I could go for much longer. Like a couple of hours.

But I didnt, because then I'd be spanked all day, which ain't the point.

Sometimes, friend, you train to failure.

But most of the time, you leave when you're "almost there".

You the fitness enthusiast knows what I mean.

goal being to exercise so you get more out of life, not necessarily the reverse. Though of course, there have been times in my life I've done just that, hehe.

But not permanently.

Goal's not to be drained like the Bozo's financial drain fetishes.

It's to feel alive.

VIM!!!!!!!!!!!! GUMPTION!

All in all, to get more of what you want out of life, and never accepting life's reverse gear!

I'm a sucker for punishment, I'll say that much, so after writing this, maybe I'll do pull-ups again, we'll see.

Water first tho! Hehe.

But yo uget the point, brah.

And get the books above, truly the best ever.

From yours truly, truly the Stella Artoios and then some of BODYWEIGHT EXERCISE AND FITNESS!

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - In life though, you KEEP GOING WHEN you're ahead. Thats a cardinal sin most people make, and I've made it too i.e. resting on your laurels when ahead. Never do it, success is a ficke bird, waiting to grow wings and fly. Always look ahead, as I do!

"Your fitness advise is useless! It doesn't help anyone! You just blather about stuff and then say do handstand pushups!"

That wasn't the exact comment Chuck made all those months ago. He literally threw a HISSY at my post on pull-ups - it struck home, because I basically said phat phocks couldn't do 'em, period, and to do 'em you have to lose weight around the midsection.

That was a hard, hard hitting post.

Anyway, ;let's see if I can find Chuck's (probably alcohol fueled) rant against a post NOT aimed at him - at all - he wasn't even on my mind when I wrote it.

Here it is

And this, friend is the original post which dear Chuck ranted against - Deadlifts and grip training and my thoughts on each, and both . . . (rahulmookerjee.com)

Of course, he later batted that away by saying "but I just said that onwechat".

Much like the Bozo is whining about "But I just trolled you on wechat with racist memes Chuck made". .  .

I swear, the sense of entitlement lunatics like the Bozo have - and typical Tom tom's like him. And of course, liberals like Charles.

Of course, he claims up and down "I'm not liberal or conversative! I'm sensible!"

Yeah. Right. The paradigm of goose and gander, eh.

Lets see, Charles, did I even mention YOU in the post?

No I didnt.

Lets see, Bozo Glyn. Did I EVER say one bad word about you - troll you - refer to your race - and then you respond with what, trolling and attacking me back x 10?

Trying to destroy me?

You thought I wouldn't reply, eh. For a long time I decided not to.

When it biteth though, boy, it BITES. And it doesnt sting like a scorpion. It kills.

STREET FIGHTER, as a big dude Aaron once called me!

Go for the jugular so people watching will KNOW not to mess with you said Donald Trump. So true!

My friend Rueben once said the following.

I dont fight fair. I fight dirty - and I WIN!

He probably would, hehe.

But like Trump, he's really the nicest guy ever.

Just dont make the mistake of pissing him off.

"Them damn women....."

I'll never forget him in traffic, his trusty 9mm by his side (not Glyn's 9mm wang, lol) ...

It used to be hilarious!

Some chick would cut in front of me, or slam on the brakes or something, and he "done got the red ass".

I'll kill that motha............ he'd thunder, face all red!

Great guy!

And he'd have his gun by his side for added emphasis.

Funny part, he knew, and I knew, he'd never use it.

But it was good to have anyway ... Good ole Rueben! We love you!

But anyway,

This ain't about my black Mamba for one, Bozo Schofield, so you can click away.

It's about ... I mean, what do these loonies think?

That they can make all the comments they like, including claiming "what I teach is gay" (sometimes, and then pad it away by saying "they were just kidding") - and I can't respond at all?

I mean, here's my response.

Is being a dancing monkey in China - a dancin gBozo, rather, any LESS gay or faggoty

I dont think so, brah.

Tell them that though, they're up in arms.

But apparently THEY can tell ME anythign they like, and I'm supposed to meekly take it!

Makes me wonder, did Charles really create those racist memes? Who knows!

I stil say no.

But sometimes, I wonder...

Anyway, we all know whose advice works, and whose doesn't.

Charles Mitchell said it best HERE

John Walker has been saying it forever My buddy from the Marines has. Panourgias has. Damn near anyone with half a brain, as Charles said, has...

But anyway, why do I mention this.

I dont know, I just got this email about ...

The Blitzkreig of emaisl you're sending!

This was NOT meant in a bad way.

Tomas is a 0 Excuses Fitness and Shoulders like Boulders! customer.

He's considering Battletank Shoudlers as the next step. Smart dude!

He had questions, I covered those, so what he said in terms of blitzkrieg was basically ... just that one line. The email was about something else.

But it made me think.

The left, and loonies in general complain, but do we ever see them complain about the blitzkrieg of BAD NEWS - idiotic crap that don't help you NONE that is Tom Tommed globally daily?

For instance, this idiotic China virus.

Or, the damn panixines.

Or, the economy (ever notice how even when it's up, no-one says it is?)?

Folks love to be the bearer of doom and gloom and the harbinger of BAD NEWS, ever see anyone say things are GOOD?

Trust me, we attract what and how we think.

You cannot escape thi struism, friend.

Look at the world NOW.

But anyway, I just noticed Governor De Santis in Florida made a great decision on making masks OPTIONAL in schools.

I cannot applaud this man enough.

They're useless beyond a point, and it's personal choice.

Kids can't make that choice.

Governor Santis - great job!

Of course, Twitter came alight with the left attacking him of being a murderer, and worse.

OF course, when asked about China - the country that SPREAD this (ccp) - no answers.

I give up.

Goose and gander is truly an alien concept these days...

Anyway, my advice Works, friend.

Take it or leave it, but you cannot dispute the results...

And it will work for you too - if you let it!

Back soon!

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Grab the 0 Excuses Fitness System NOW.

PPS - Charles (the former friend) isn't exactly all for freedom of speech, of course, as y'all know, and can see HERE ...

Glad to know the other Charles -a great customer - came out strongly against that too!!!!! KUDOS!!!!!

What a person asked me on Twitter - and - My opinion on abdominal training devices and “gadgets”

I recently sent out a Twitter note promoting my book Pushup Central

If there was one course I could tell you to drop everything and get NOW? PUSHUP CENTRAL!

It trulyu IS THAT DAMN GOOD, proof's in the pudding!

Well, it is!

In response to that, I got the following (he was asking about AB training, I think, but didnt mention it specifically) ...

How about Sit-Ups ?

Yours truly -

Sit ups are good (to an extent) if you do 'em right. Crunches though, the much tom tommed exercise - utter crap!!

But really, abdominal training goes SO MUCH FURTHER THAN just "situps" - trust me! Remember, core, not abs!

Now, y'all are well worsed with my thoughts on this, but just so you know - here are my thoughts on something else - well worth a read!

My opinion on abdominal training devices and “gadgets” (0excusesfitness.com)

Why walking to me, is an activity that cannot be replicated along with SQUATTING

The past couple of days - well, Thursday and Friday have been somewhat annoying and hectic around here.

And while I won't get into the whys and wherefore's here, let me say this - last night, or more accurately, for a lot of yesterday, I was feeling a strange "pain" in the joint connecting the foot to the ankle.

Yes, THAT joint I keep telling you to strengthen via the "foot circles" in Isometric and Flexibility Training. There is a REASON!

Now, I've been focusing heavily on the patented Rahul Mookerjee squat in that book as of late, so haven't done a lot of the rest of it (as of late) - other than the hamstring stretches that I do EVERYDAY WITHOUT FAIL.

But anyway, despite all the intense Lumberjack training making my shoulers POP - trust me, brand new XXL T - shirts - I can barely "get into them" if you get my drift - despite all the handstands and pull-ups, despite all the HIndu and other squats, rope jumps etc ... there is ONE thing I haven't been doing a lot as of late, that one thing we were all meant to do.

Thursday an dFriday was a lot of walking.

None of it really intense, and when there were stairs?

I just bounded up them like nothing - didnt even feel it to be honest. Heart rate barely went up AT ALL!

But the wierd sort of tendon "soreness" I had yesterday - well, that reminded me of a fact that I've always known, but need keep being reminded of.

One, leg training - intense leg training - you cannot beat it!

And two - training the feet - and the ligaments of the feet - again, a must do - along with WALKING!

There is NO activity, my friend, that can replace walking.

But the very motion of putting one foot in front of the other is a natural one, and no-one should overlook the health and mental benefits of walks.

Those long walks up the hill in China did more than just reduce fat - they built mental strength and toughness like nothing I've ever done.

I sent my wife some pictures (you'll see one I believe on the sales page for 16 Inspirational FItness Recollections) and her comment was along the lines of "walking will get you FIT!"

True, that was up hill walks daily in extreme heat and humidity.

But still, walking is something along with squatting - that YOU, my friend, should do your entire life -and keep doing anyway even if you're super fit now.

Squatting of course, Ive gone into the benefits before, so I wont do so again ...

But these two simple activities will keep you fit and lean until the day you pass - and if you combine them with the tips, techniques, and the workouts in my other books - well, you'll become a fitness phenom very shorly too!

Well, my friend, thats it for now - but wait.

Before I leave ...

In Advanced Hill Training, a book that is sort of like the pre-cursor to Animal Kingdom Workouts - I tell you HOW to walk.

No, "just walking" isn't the key here.

Neither is power walking ...

There is a way to connect with the ground as you walk, there is a way to breathe, there is a right way, and a wrong way.

And that small section in the book which most people seem to ignore - well - don't, my friend.

That section is truly GOLD!

And if you haven't already, of course, then get the book now - you'll truly be transported "back in time" to 2018 as you read and watch me train "almost like I was there with you"!

Truly worth it, must grab!

The GREAT review that Kiddie Fitness just received!

I just had to write to you about this, my friend!

After rejigging that products page in the morning - I got to working on the sales page for the book on Nazi feminism.

Which is 99.99% done - and I need to make a few minor changes before getting it live on the site, which should be very very soon indeed, my friend - be on the outlook for it - you'll LOVE IT! (both real men and if you're sick and tired of the constant mood swings, entitlement etc that women hit us with all th e time).

I figured I'd check my email. And I got this great review for Kiddie Fitness - a book truly worth it's weight in GOLD!

Trust me, and I just updated the sales page to say this - especially in these times of dumbphone addiction and China virus and "lockdown shockdown" - this book is probably a must grab for EVERYONE, my friend - and certainly so if you have kids (of any age!).

Trust me, it's information that is both golden and priceless, and brings results like nothing you've ever done with your kids, so if you have not already, grab it now, but wait a min!

I got ahead of myself. I often do, hehe.

Here is the review sent in by Lee Lowder from (I believe the US?) -

Fun and Effective!

The only thing close to a complaint I have is that there is no video - but that isn't a huge one.

The movements are deceptively simple, but give you a workout. It's presented in a way that you are more or less playing with your kids while improving their health, endurance, and strength. Suitable for pretty much all school aged children as well - some of the movements can be done by younger kids, if you can get them to follow along.... Teens may be "too cool" but start 'em young and you'll get past that when the time comes. If it is too late to start 'em young, trick them into thinking it is their idea, or show them the book and have them come up with a program and coach you on it.

Amen - I could not have said it better!

Lee, my friend - thank you for your support, and answering the "call" I sent out in the last email (a lot of 'em) in terms of providing REVIEWS - and in terms of placing the pre-order!

I believe the system should have auto emailed you a 10% discount code - let me know if you got it!

(PS - That is a huge bonus for everyone still on the fence about reviews - remember, auto 10% discount code for leaving reviews - which costs you nothing at all but a few minutes of your time!)

And, Lee's review is posted on the left hand side of the blog page on the site too.

More "featured" reviews at the bottom of the page!

Truly a fanatic about real reviews am I!

And even the Bozo Schofield reviews, hehe, but let's address what he said.

First, he's right.

I was going to put out a video for this - with my lovely little girl being the main star (only star, most likely!).

But she wasn't willing. Hehe. It was enough to, as he says, "get her to focus" on taking the PICTURES for the book- a video?

That might have been a stretch too far, hehe.

Maybe I'll talk to her again about it.

Or, maybe we'll do some secret filming with yours truly and her while she's doing the workout, and I'm there too. Hehe. Sometimes with kids it works best that way!

And like Lee said.

DECEPTIVELY Simple movements - heck yeah!

Some of these movements look so simple the average adult would pooh pooh at 'em, but get THEM to do the thing?

And they'll more than likely fall fat (flat, hehe) on their faces.

Movements tailored especially for kids - but movements that strengthen, stretch and build your kid up internally - both mentally and physically - like all my other great products do.

And movements many adults could use too, to be honest.

Trick them into thinking it's their idea.

True indeed! Lee's indeed experienced at how to deal with kids, hehe. And he's right! Give 'em the credit first, and see how quickly they do what you want 'em to do!

(same thing for idiotic Nazi feminists as well, but thats a different kettle of fish, hehe - pun intended and maybe not).

And anyway ...

No, you're never "too cool" for any of this, my friend.

I said on Twitter this morning - FOLLOW THE BASICS - ALWAYS!

And it holds true.

You are never evet too cool for these, my friend, and neither is any kid!

And on that note, I'm out.

Be on the outlook for the sales page for Nazi feminism coming up soon - book's I believe 85% done at the time of writing this, and coming soon, along with plenty more too!

The Indian club workout that almost shattered my cheekbone!

Like the recent email about "do I train with beer kegs" - this one will be short!

Hopefully so, at least.

But while training with my clubs today, I remembered an incident that happened a few days that I don't know if I wrote to you about it or not.

I believe I mentioned it in jest.

"Smacked on the head with a clubbell", or something like that, I believe I said?

Well, thats exactly what happened!

And as I was twirling my 12 kg club today like a magician's wand, one handed, back and forth, slithering in and out like a coiled snake ready to spring (no puns intended - I'm talking coiled strength) - I remembed what happened a few days ago when I thought (or didnt think, hehe) I was too good to follow my own advice.

Advice I give you in Lumberjack "Lodestone" Fitness is this (well, part of it) - LESS - is MORE!

I repeat this multiple times throughout the book - probably yet another one of those things along with my incessant ,heartfelt and PERECTLY TRUE rants about Nazi feminism that you'll find inscribed on my tombstone when I "pass". Hehe.

Yes, less is indeed more!

Most of you weightlifters - and those good at bodyweight too - I'd suggest starting out real light for the first month or so with these clubs.

Yes, 3-5 kgs per hand is ALL most people need and can handle when they start (much like 3-5 reps of the Hindu pushup is all they can do when they begin!).

(And it's a long time before the numbers increase on either one).

Believe me, these clubs have a way of making numbers look meaningless, and magnifiying pre existing conditions/weaknesses beyond belief.

If you've got weak tendons, for instance, from piling too much weight onto the bar while lying flat on your back, these clubs will expose it.

So will maces.

And some of the swings I teach, done traditional style?

No, not just that NO-ONE out there teaches them like I do.

They're also super tough to do in high reps and require immense concentration, stamina, and GRIP!

Trust me on this one - GRIP and then some!

And while I was twirling my 12 kg the day I got 'em - or the next - (it was after a while that I was training with it again) - OUCH!

It smacked me one on the cheekbone!

And luckily, much like the dog licking me on the tip of my nose when doing handstand pushups, and me getting a nasty blow to the chim as I "tumbled" downwards, no permanent damage was done, but the cheek stayed sore a while. Hehe.

The worst injury I've picked up by far is still the thumb injury I sustained on that cold, wintery night in January in China (2018).

Anyway, this time I was basically twirling the club counterclockwise and clockwise rapidly.

It slipped out of my hand partially, and BANG!

Like the jump rope smacking you when you first begin - it reminds you to maintain proper form, and that easy is sometimes super tough (what looks easy) - and less - is often and indeed more!

There "endeth" the lesson on this one.

And it reminds me - Jump Rope Maniia

An old favorite I haven't promoted much in recent times, but I am now -because it goes great, super great with training with implements "lodestone lumberjack " style.

Which, of course is the book I'm curently promoting, and the price will go up maybe next week or so (it always does when I say it, so no, not just marketing) - - so be sure and get your pre-orders in NOW.

I'll be back soon!
